History

In January, 2012 it became known that in the IT group the structure of the leadership in practice of ECM seriously changed (enterprise content management, the storage of corporate information including electronic document management, EDMS).

In December, 2011 there was 100% a subsidiary of management company of the Business Logic 2.0 group which in addition to implementation of ECM will be engaged in the direction, new to group, - Business Process Management Suite (BPM).

Up to this point practice of ECM was provided long ago by the existing developer EDMS "BOSS-Referent" and "To the IT created in April, 2011 information management", implementing similar to software. Before creation of "Information management" implementation was presented in the form of separate company by department of integrator.

The direction is important for group. According to CNews the chairman of the board of directors of IT Tagir Yapparov, for the last year about 500 million rubles revenue fell to the share of practice of ECM. At total income for 2010 according to rating "CNews100: The largest IT companies of Russia" 4.7 billion rubles. As for the number of employees, according to the new CEO of Business Logic and Maria Kamennova's BOSS-Referent, now all in the direction about 230 people from whom about 180 employees - in implementation work. Despite a direction shake-up, Tagir Yapparov intends to double annually revenue from his work, i.e. this year it should reach one billion rubles. Today the agreement between Business Logic and the German BPM developer Metasonic was signed. Plans for support of multi-platform architecture "Boss-reviewer" remain: Lotus, Microsoft Sharepoint, FileNet, JBOSS, mobile versions under iOS and Android. According to the anonymous interlocutor of CNews, during reorganization the company was left by a number of programmers and for implementation of these plans it is necessary to employ new.
