• 1974 — was born in the city of Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine
• 1997 — with honors graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute majoring in "the engineer of the electronic equipment"
• 2004 – the present — studies according to the Strategy MVA LINK program
• 2006 — gained the diploma in management of the Open university of Great Britain � created 2000-2004 and headed group of development of Lotuses-applications of the Center of custom software development of IT company
• For 2004-2008 — directed Competence Center "Electronic document management and Lotuses-applications" Aplana companies (IT group). This Center was formed in 2004 as a result of consolidation of group of development of Lotuses-applications of IT company and department of the systems of documentary ensuring management of Aplana company. Promotion and development of EDMS "BOSS-Referent", the management of projects on implementation BOSS-Referent and custom development on IBM Lotus technologies fell within the scope of responsibility of Andrey Grib
• 2006 – the N of century — heads Aplana Ukraine company (Kiev) which was formed of the first regional division of Competence Center "Electronic document management and Lotuses-applications" Aplana companies in 2006.
• May, 2008 – 2011 — headed the BOSS-Referent company entering into IT group

In May, 2008 IT Group BOSS-Referent transferred development of a product and promotion of a brand to specially created company of the same name. The activity of a new command headed by the CEO Andrey Grib will be focused on three key tasks: market promotion of a brand BOSS-Referent, technical development of a system, expansion of a partner network.

Till October, 2011 - the CEO BOSS-Referent, since October Andrey Grib heading BOSS-Referent company from the moment of its basis is Tagir Yapparov's adviser now.
