On September 18, 2018 the Academy of Business Solutions company reported that at "The Perm plant "Mashinostroyetel" the first stage of the project on upgrade of a system of telephony within which 200 subscribers of the enterprise migrated from telephone exchanges of foreign development on the Russian communication framework of ROSTELL is implemented.
As it was reported, with growth of number of subscribers at "The Perm plant "Mashinostroyetel" rose a question of search of reliable Russian development which could provide high quality of a corporate voice communication for 5,000 subscribers and corresponded to the state course towards import substitution in the field of IT.
As a result of the detailed analysis representatives of the plant stopped the choice on a communication framework of ROSTELL (SIP-Softswitch 4/5 classes) — development of Technologies of Communications company. The functionality of this platform, high rates of fault tolerance and scalability and also its compatibility with program and hardware automatic telephone exchanges of other producers allowed to provide gradual migration of subscribers on the next solution.
On sorva of representatives of the company, during the project connection of the software package ROSTELL to UPATS of the enterprise for the SIP protocol was performed. The integrator configured routing of the entering and outgoing calls, branching of SIP calls for subscribers with several bridging telephones is implemented. At the same time scenarios of automatic adjustment of the SNR-VP-51 IP phones were developed, smooth operation of telephony, facsimile is ensured, conference communication and record of telephone conversations of CDR is implemented.
With the advent of scenarios of a call recording earlier unavailable within the existing classical telephone exchange, it became simpler to keep billing and account of subscribers. Thanks to setup of rules of routing of calls at the enterprise it was succeeded to differentiate access for subscribers to calls from external lines, landline or mobile numbers at the expense of what the number of inappropriate connections and quantity of external subscriber lines was considerably reduced. For September, 2018 4/5 classes are connected to SIP-Softswitch 200 employees.
Implementation of the ROSTELL platform allowed to provide an increase in labor productivity of personnel and to reduce costs for maintenance of IT infrastructure. In plans of the enterprise — systematic transfer of all 5,000 subscribers to the next solution on a measure of development of infrastructure. At the same time the possibility of creation of web and mobile applications which will be able to replace stationary phones is considered and will allow the employees who are in roaming across Russia to perform calls within a corporate telephone network in the presence of connection to the Internet.
