Biography
Irina Ganiyeva was born on May 5, 1976.
In 1998 graduated from the Kuzbass State Technical University (KSTU) in "Economy and management at the enterprises of mechanical engineering", in 2004 - the Novosibirsk humanities university in a law.
1998-2018: Kemerovo state agricultural institute
From 1998 to 2018 worked at the Kemerovo state agricultural institute: assistant, senior teacher of department of political economy and rural economics, associate professor, vice rector for scientific work, rector.
In 2004 was the head of a grant of the Federal agency on science and innovations of the Russian Federation on the subject "Research of Scientific Capacity of Siberian Federal District and Creation of the Center of a Transfer of Agrarian Technologies".
In 2005-2009 was the research supervisor of grants of the Federal agency on science and innovations of the Russian Federation on the organization of youth scientific actions (conferences, workshops, training).
2018: Director of the department of digital development of the Ministry of Agriculture
In September, 2018 Irina Ganiyeva was appointed to the position of the director of the department of digital development and management of the state information resources HSC Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. In this position it replaced Igor Kozubenko which left department against the background of updating of a command after change of the minister.
2019: Analytical center of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation
In February, 2019 it is appointed the associate director of Federal State Budgetary Institution Analytical center of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation[1].

Scientific work
In 2013 defended the doctoral dissertation on a subject "Forecasting of agricultural production in the conditions of cyclic fluctuations and the innovative development: theory, methodology, practice". Author more than 70 scientific publications. Area of scientific interests: cyclic development of economy, economic growth, innovations in agro-industrial complex.
