Biography
Igor Kozubenko was born in Krasnodar.
In 2000 graduated from the Kuban state technology university on the specialties Automatic equipment and management in the technical systems (Systems engineer); Management (Bachelor of management)
Specialty (qualification) by training, academic degree, rank:
"Automatic equipment and management in the technical systems" (systems engineer), Management (Bachelor of management).
In 2001-2002 worked in the commercial organization in Krasnodar Krai.
From 2002 to 2012 held positions of the chief specialist managing the sector of information technology development, the head of department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of Krasnodar Krai.
In 2012-2013 worked in the commercial organization at executive positions in Krasnodar Krai.
Several months in 2013 held a position of the assistant to the deputy head of administration (governor) of Krasnodar Krai.
In 2013-2015 was the head of department of informatization and the analytical systems of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of Krasnodar Krai.
In 2016 it is appointed the adviser to the minister of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, and in September of the same year - the director of the department of development and management of the state information resources of HSC of this department.
2018: Dismissal from the Ministry of Agriculture
In September, 2018 Igor Kozubenko left a post of the director of the department of development and state information resource management HSC Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, his acquaintance told TAdviser.
Dismissal was confirmed by the source of TAdviser well familiar with activity of IT department of the Ministry of Agriculture. According to it, Kozubenko suggested to leave a post, and it became surprise for it. There was it against the background of updating of a command in department after change of the Minister of Agriculture in it. In May Dmitry Patrushev was appointed to this post.
The interlocutor of TAdviser noted that after change of the minister and in other departments there were staff changes: "a new command, new vision", he says. According to the interlocutor of TAdviser, Igor Kozubenko at the time of dismissal did not decide on new work location.
The source of TAdviser estimates activity of development department and management of the state information resources of HSC under the leadership of Igor Kozubenko as very productive. According to him, for a short time the command of department could develop the main information resources based on which different services are provided to producers of agricultural goods, and some other systems and to integrate them in a unified environment.
Based on this Wednesday the analytical center which is engaged in analytics of all industry on the basis of collecting more than 6 thousand different indicators was created. In it as of September about 120 people work. The center, among other, predicts future volumes of a harvest, demand for it.
The big block of works during the stay of Kozubenko was connected with the satellite monitoring allowing agricultural producers to define problem sections and to quickly adjust the transactions. The backlog for creation of platforms which would help agricultural producers with production due to availability of the big knowledge base, ready packets of technological solutions and with the help of sale of the made products was also created. The new management, probably, will continue this work, the source of TAdviser argues.
At the time of the publication of comments it was not succeeded to receive from Igor Kozubenko.
Several days later after news of Kozubenko's dismissal, in the Ministry of Agriculture instead of it Irina Ganiyeva was appointed to a position of the director of the department of development and management of the state information resources of HSC.
