Crypto Pro Gateway UTs-SMEV

The "Crypto Pro Gateway UTs-SMEV" software product is intended for fulfillment of requirements of federal law 63-FZ "About the electronic signature" by means of interaction with service of registration of the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system).

Integration into Smart IDReader

On October 16, 2018 the Crypto Pro company announced integration of the sensing technology of the documents Smart IDReader developed by Smart Engines in "Crypto Pro the Gateway UTs-SMEV". According to the company, implementation in a product of functionality of recognition of passport details of the Russian Federation and the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account at release of digital signature certificates became result of cooperation.

Using library of recognition Smart IDReader users "Crypto Pro the Gateway UTs-SMEV" have an opportunity to automate input of personal information from all operating types of Russian Federation citizen passports with printing filling which is necessary for fulfillment of requirements of federal law 63-FZ "About the electronic signature".

For October, 2018 the product Smart IDReader is compatible with operating systems iOS Android, Sailfish Mobile OS RUS, "Elbrus" Linux Windows macOS, Solaris and allows to take data from more than 250 certifying documents of the Russian Federation and other countries of the world. In processing of the image search and document type definition is consistently executed, and recognition process is started then. For October, 2018 the general time of recognition of one document on the image does not exceed 1 seconds.

"Crypto Pro Gateway UTs-SMEV 1.0"

For October, 2018 "the Gateway UTs-SMEV 1.0" provides Crypto Pro to operators of the certification centers (CC) of means for input of necessary data for sending to a Unified identification and authentication system, automates process of interaction with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) and a Unified identification and authentication system, the signature of the sent messages the UTs (EP-OV) key, the signature of the EDS of the operator of requests for registration in a Unified identification and authentication system. A necessary term of use "Crypto Pro the Gateway UTs-SMEV 1.0" is connection of an information system of the accredited certification center to the SIEI the protected data network (PDN) and, respectively, the ESIA industrial environment.

"Crypto Pro the Gateway UTs-SMEV 1.0" interacts with electronic service of registration of users of the Single system identifications and authentications, placed in the System of Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction (SIEI) of federal level. The accredited UTs which underwent the procedure of connection k SIEI and k UNIFIED IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM using the specified software product can use service of registration for fulfillment of requirements of federal law 63-FZ electronic signature"About".

Provides the web interface allowing to execute for operators "Crypto Pro Gateway UTs-SMEV 1.0":

• input and transfer to a Unified identification and authentication system of data on the qualified certificate and its owner;
• data entry, formation and the signature of the request for registration in the certificate holder's Unified identification and authentication system;
• viewing the magazine of the executed transactions, transaction repetition.

"Crypto Pro the Gateway UTs-SMEV 1.0" consists from server and a client part. Both server, and client can be located on the server or the workstation under management Windows Server 2008R2/Windows 7 or above. A client part performs interaction from server by means of browser Internet Explorer 11 or above and is attendant workstation.

Interaction between attendant workstation and the server is performed via the channel protected using "Crypto Pro of TLS" with authentication by the certificate of a key of verification of the EDS belonging to the operator. The list of operators and their certificates is configured on the server by the administrator.

In further plans for development "Crypto Pro the Gateway UTs-SMEV 1.0" — development of integration with PAKM "Crypto Pro of UTs 2.0", support of requests to the additional departmental services available through SIEI.

2017: State registration

On February 22, 2017 the "Crypto Pro Gateway UTs-SMEV 1.0" software product received the certificate on state registration of the computer program No. 2017612494.
