More than 560 thousand tickets are purchased through mobile application
On October 17, 2018 Aeroexpress reported that more than 560 thousand passengers purchased tickets for their trains using mobile application of the company since the beginning of 2018 that is 27% more than an indicator of the same period of 2017.
It makes about 7% of the total number of the tickets sold since the beginning of 2018. Monthly using mobile application passengers purchase about 60 thousand tickets.
Since launch the application was downloaded by about 600 thousand users of mobile devices. According to data for October, 2018 of Moscow Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development the Aeroexpress service was included into the three of the most demanded transport mobile applications among Muscovites.
The most popular options of the application Aeroexpress among passengers are purchase of the ticket and the schedule. These functions allow to save considerably time and in advance to plan a trip in and from the airport.
