Education

In 1999 she graduated from the Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communications, Faculty of Economics and Management.

Career

She began her professional career at Procter & Gamble and McKinsey&Company.

From 2004 to 2008, she served as vice president, head of the department of subsidiaries of financial companies of the Department of Strategy and Corporate Development of VTB Bank.

From 2008 to 2010 she was the general director of Gift Solutions LLC.

From 2010 to 2011, she worked as director of the Department of Strategy and Business Development at Barclays Bank LLC.

From 2011 to 2013, she was senior vice president of Nomos-Bank OJSC.

In November 2013, she was appointed deputy head of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the city of Moscow, where she implemented a number of projects in the development of pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, car sharing, ground urban transport (Highway bus routes), development and implementation of the Moscow Transport brand, industrial design of transport infrastructure, tariff and ticket solutions (development of the Troika map), as well as a number of initiatives in the field of cargo logistics.

Since September 18, 2018, she took the post of general director of Aeroexpress LLC. Before the appointment, all the necessary verification and approval stages were completed. At this post, Alina Bisembayeva was replaced by Alexei Krivoruchko, who left the company in May 2018 in connection with the transition to public service.
