2016: Inclusion in Otkritie Bank

On August 23, 2016, Otkritie Holding announced the completion of the integration of its banking group. Nomos Bank, Otkritie Bank, Khanty-Mansi Bank and Petrokommerts Bank are merged into Otkritie Bank, the largest private bank in Russia.

2014: Nomos-Bank renamed Otkritie FC

Otkritie Financial Corporation was renamed Otkritie Holding, and NOMOS Bank was renamed Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank.

At the same time, the holding plans to convert its four banks into two. By the end of 2014, by joining Otkritie Bank to the Khanty-Mansi Bank (HMB), it is planned to create a single bank that will concentrate on bank retail. The bank will operate under the brand name "Khanty-Mansi Bank - Otkritie."

The group's corporate and investment block will be formed on the basis of NOMOS Bank (now Otkritie FC Bank) by joining Petrokommerts Bank during 2014-2015. At the same time, the retail business of Petrokommerts will go to KHMB - Otkritie. Otkritie Holding will own a controlling stake in Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank. Otkritie FC Bank, in turn, will own a controlling stake in KhMB - Otkritie. The brand name "Discoveries" remains unchanged.

A significant part of the group's business is concentrated in Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Tyumen region (including the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug), the Novosibirsk Region, Khabarovsk Territory, Yekaterinburg and Saratov[1].

NOMOS-BANK Group provides a wide range of banking services to clients of corporate, retail and small business segments. 2012: PPF sells 26.5% of Nomos Bank: about 20% will buy FC Otkritie, 6.6% - Mamut and Malis

The Czech group PPF Group agreed to sell its 26.5% of the voting shares of Nomos Bank: 19.9% will be acquired by Otkritie Financial Corporation, 6.6% by Alexander Mamut (No. 40 in the ranking of the 200 richest businessmen in Russia according to Forbes, fortune - $2.1 billion) and former vice president of Altimo Oleg Malis.

The Czech group will invest funds from the sale of shares in the further development of key assets in Russia, as well as to enter the rapidly growing Asian markets. In the Russian Federation, among the planned investments are real estate projects - logistics centers and office complexes. Also among the priorities is the development of the Eldorado network. In addition, PPF plans to participate in a tender for a mobile operator license in the Czech Republic, scheduled for the second half of the year.

2011

Among the most interesting and significant IT projects is the project completed in 2011 to introduce a centralized ABS bank throughout the sales network, both in terms of cash settlement services and in terms of products (loans and deposits of legal entities).

In addition, the implementation of a credit pipeline was completed to support sales of retail lending products. The third project that I would like to note is the project on the implementation of the enterprise data warehouse. In our case, after six months of work, it was possible to get a practical result in the form of a data-based analytical CRM repository, which allows the bank's retail business to segment the customer base and manage marketing campaigns.

2008

At the end of 2008, the assets of NOMOS-BANK under IFRS amounted to 277.8 billion rubles, the loan portfolio - 187.7 billion rubles, equity - 42, 3 billion rubles. Net profit for 2008 year amounted to 3.49 billion rubles.
