Start of the version for business clients

On September 10, 2019 VimpelCom announced start of telemedicine service for corporate clients. It is available within My Doctor service. Announced this TAdviser in the press service of the company.

It is possible use a subscription to unlimited consultations of doctors for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in all territory of Russia, except for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

Beeline started telemedicine service for the companies

The subscription includes consultations with doctors on duty who will answer within 3 minutes, examination of narrow-purpose doctors of 62 specialties, discounts for analyses in Helix laboratories and record in offline - clinics and also discounts for fitness and goods for health.

Two options of subscriptions — basic and a premium are offered. The basic packet includes unlimited consultations with the therapist and the pediatrician, interpretation of analyses and granting "the second opinion", creation of the electronic medical record, record on internal acceptance in 20 cities of Russia and into Helix laboratories in 125 cities and also 1 consultation of the narrow-purpose specialist a month. All consultations can be held through video or audiocalls, in a chat or on a call on the mobile phone. In a personal account of the patient all history of interactions through service remains: the conclusions, recommendations, the loaded medical documents, analysis results. This electronic card will be available only on My Doctor service.

In the premium version are available 3 consultations of narrow-purpose specialists and also additional discounts for analyses of Helix and goods and services to health from partners Beeline.

"My doctor" for business will cost from 199 rubles a month for directory number. At the same time connection on more advantageous conditions at a design of a subscription for 3 months or half a year is possible. The service is available to the current clients and those who pass to Beeline.

2018: Start of service

On November 26, 2018 VimpelCom started service of online consultations with the doctor, thereby having entered the telemedicine market. The product under the name "My Doctor" is created together with Mobile Medical Technologies company.

"My doctor" is based on the Online doctor application which was developed by "Mobile medical technologies" and started in 2015. About 150 doctors are connected to service as of November 26, 2018 (including narrow-purpose 42 medical directions specialists), and the laboratory service "Helix", network of medical laboratories "Gemotest", kliniko-diagnostic laboratories KDL, service for record to the doctor of DocDoc and others were among partners of the project.

VimpelCom entered the telemedicine market

In the application it is possible to receive professional online consultation of the doctors practicing in the public and private medical institutions, including in the profile federal centers. Making an appointment in clinics, the direction in laboratories, carrying out researches with discounts and special partner offers is also available.

"My doctor" is offered to subscribers of VimpelCom on a subscription at the prices from 199 to 499 rubles.

As the newspaper "Kommersant", "VimpelCom" notes entered the market of telemedicine services by the last among operators of "Big Four". So, MegaFon started service for video consultations " Megafon.health " at the end of 2017. Urgent online consultation with the doctor will cost 499  rubles, planned — 799  rubles, and registration for a visit to the doctor — 1799  rubles.

In April, 2018 MTS and Medsi started the telemedicine SmartMed platform for remote consultations with doctors. The cost of service was 550  rubles. In June, 2018 Tele2 operator in cooperation with Doc service + started service of online consultations with the doctor. The rate made 5  rubles a day.^[1]
