On November 26, 2018 the Infosoft company announced automation of activity of Promeko company based on the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2".

In July, 2017 in Promeko LLC production of own products was begun. The modern equipment and the high level of quality control allow to release a cable strictly in compliance with requirements of state standard specification.

Before the opened direction there were following tasks:

  • Conducting operational accounting of materials, semi-finished products, products in a warehouse of the enterprise.
  • The organization of start of products in production taking into account the production schedules which are available at the enterprise and also taking into account quickly incoming orders of clients.
  • Cost accounting of products it agrees to the calculation procedure provided at the enterprise.
  • Reflection of product sales to clients taking into account the specifics of formation of packagings of cable products which are available at the enterprise.
  • Drawing up the regulated reporting.

The company management made the decision on automation. When choosing the contractor responses about results of implementation of systems based on products "were considered by 1C: enterprise 8", the optimal budget on implementation, the certificate for ISO 9001:2015. For implementation the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected. ERP Enterprise management 2" as in this solution production accounting, and also planning features and dispatchings of production which will be necessary for the company in the future is implemented. The implementation option based on the Modelling stage was selected to understand how processes can be implemented in the program. During this stage specialists of Infosoft company configured production processes of the Customer in the program and showed a program runtime. As a result of this stage there was a customized information system with a control example and the report in which it is described as in a system processes and what completions of a system are necessary for more convenient work are reflected.

During the project the following works were carried out:

  • The structure of the normative reference information is developed.
  • Modeling of operations on accounting of production processes is executed:
    • Production planning of products (separate production planning of own products and products developed for firm provider);
    • Information storage about normative structure of products;
    • Calculation, formation and issue of replaceable tasks to workers of workshop;
    • Registration of information on quantity of the made products, the spent materials, the spent labor resources, the allowed defects.

  • The specifics of accounting of products with different types of packagings are implemented both by production, and at shipment to clients.
  • Tuning of a procedure of payments of cost value is performed, according to the applied technique.
  • The reporting is created regulated (accounting and tax).
  • Personnel training is provided and the video instruction for independent system learning by users is made.

Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued

In a project deliverable are received:

  • For the production director: convenient storage of specifications of the made products; all transactions from planning of production volumes before reflection of the actual release are conducted within one system; possibility of operational tracking of the course of production process.
  • For the accountant: lack of repeated input of the primary documents made in course of production, purchases, sales; setup of transparent model of calculation of cost value, with the required detail level of material and itemized costs; a possibility of reporting according to the current legislation.
  • For the director: a possibility of timely obtaining operational information about work of the enterprise; flexible configuration of reports for convenience of information analysis; optimal use of resources of the enterprise.

During the project 5 jobs are automated.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance.
  • Sale of the selected software products.
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer.
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system.
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule.
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation).
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation).
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting.
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances Training in group at office of the customer.
