2019: 75 thousand clients used Mame's Rostelecom service. Rates

According to data for March, 2019, already 75 thousand clients entrusted health of the children to specialists of Mame's Rostelecom service. Muscovites have an opportunity to call the doctor on the house and also to remotely get advice in mobile application.

In total three options of a subscription to service are available to clients: "The doctor online" (200 rubles a month, or 1,800 rubles at payment in a year), "An unlimited tariff for" (800 rubles a month / 8 thousand rubles in a year) and "An unlimited tariff for family" (2,200 rubles a month / 22 thousand rubles in a year). At the same time the cost of a subscription does not depend on age of the patient, reported on March 20, 2019 in Rostelecom. Upon purchase of a subscription "An unlimited tariff for" or "An unlimited tariff for family" at once for a year the client receives as a gift a non-charge call of the therapist or pediatrician on the house for each patient.

The child will be helped the pediatrician, by LOR, the neurologist and the consultant for breastfeeding. They will orient on further treatment, "the second opinion" also will be decrypted by analyses. In turn, adults can consult with the therapist, the neurologist, the ENT SPECIALIST, the gynecologist, the consultant for breastfeeding, the gastroenterologist and the cardiologist. According to representatives of Rostelecom, service is especially relevant for mothers who often do not have time to bring together the child to the doctor, and a lot of alarms and questions does not disappear anywhere. That the parent was quiet, and the health of children always was under control, "Mame's Rostelecom" is enough to download mobile application and to select the most convenient method of online consultation: by phone, video conference or through a chat. Answering interval of the operator does not exceed several minutes, and the doctor can arrive to the house in two hours. After consultation all recommendations of the doctor are available in a personal account of service.

I see three main advantages of Mame's Rostelecom service. The first and, perhaps, the most obvious – saving of time. For example, if you live out of town, the road to the doctor and can back take the whole day. The second and not less important is an opportunity to receive alternative opinion and if necessary to correct treatment. Using our application it is easy to be convinced of correctness of the picked-up treatment in only several minutes! Well and the third advantage is an opportunity to make tests without visit of clinic. It is sure, our service will be estimated first of all by mothers in honor of whom we also called this solution. 2018: Start of service

At the end of November, 2018 Rostelecom entered the telemedicine market, having started the application for medical online consultations about children's health "Mame's Rostelecom" together with Doc+ company.

According to RBC with reference to representatives Rostelecom and Doc+, new service will be available only to subscribers of this operator. Using mobile application or the website, users will be able to talk remotely to the doctor, to register on offline - acceptance, to call the specialist or to make tests of the house.

Rostelecom entered the telemedicine market

"Mame's Rostelecom" allows to consult with the neurologist, the gynecologist, the breastfeeding specialist. The cost of service is from 150 to 2200 rubles a month depending on set of specialists.

By the end of November, 2018 service is available only in Moscow and St. Petersburg. According to  the director of office of perspective digital products of a mass segment of Rostelecom Kirill Brylev, in 2019 "Mame's Rostelecom" will begin expansion to regions "through integration projects with medical institutions".

We see for ourselves a perspective source of growth in new digital products for the mass user. Partnership with Rostelecom expands potential audience of services and removes a trust problem to new online products — Brylev noted.

According to the co-founder and the CEO of Doc + Ruslana Zaydullina,  the Mame's Rostelecom project and cooperation of the telecom giant and a technology startup in the field of health, "are unique  not only for Russia, but also for, for example, all European market".

Investments into service and expected income from it are not called. Zaydullin only told that they work on the revenue share model ("separation of revenue"), however for what percent each of the companies will apply, did not specify.^[1]
