Free of charge for Yota-users abroad
Since fall of 2017 users of Yota will be able to get remote advice about the health abroad in the DOC+ application. Traffic of the application and consultation will be provided free of charge. The number of addresses is not limited.

Often in other country it is difficult to understand what specialist to address or what to do at poisoning, heatstroke or an injury. Until recently it was difficult to imagine what can integrate a telecom and care of health, and already today we start the first similar project in Russia. It is the full-fledged additional service for our users on the smartphone allowing to get advice of professional specialists of DOC+ abroad", - the CEO of Yota Vladimir Dobrynin says.
To get free advice of the specialist abroad, to clients of Yota it is necessary to go from the application of the mobile operator to the DOC+ application. It is necessary for identification of users and zeroing of cost of consultation.
The discussion with the doctor is led in a text format in a chat. The number of addresses to one specialist is unlimited.
Users will be able not only to communicate to the specialist, but also to obtain information on the nearest clinic, local numbers of emergency services, recommendations what doctor of specialization it is worth seeing in the location.
Start of service of remote and personal consultations with doctors
In May, 2017 the Doc service + announced the Russia's first project which integrated telemedicine consultations and visits of the doctor on the house to the patient. New service is started with assistance of investors on behalf of "Yandex" and Baring Vostok fund, Izvestia writes.
Residents of any country round the clock in a format of a text chat, audio or video will be able to use service. However an opportunity of a call of the doctor on the house so far will be had only by residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg. Therapists, pediatricians and nurses will conduct examination "alive", will make analyses, will prescribe drugs.
According to the head of Doc + Ruslana Zaydullina, online consultations will help to reduce number of visits to the doctor, to save time and means. The geography of the project will extend, is going to start some more clinics in different regions, he reported without indication of any details.
