nanoCAD IC is a program for designing internal water supply, sewage and water fire extinguishing systems.

On September 24, 2020, Nanosoft introduced the next version of its software product designed to design internal hot and cold water supply and sewerage systems, as well as water fire extinguishing using fire taps.
The nanoCAD VK 20.0 software product includes specialized tools for the plumbing engineer.
The following version takes into account the changes from 25.07.2019 made in the calculation according to SP 30.13330.2016.
Starting with the 20th version of nanoCAD, VC becomes a separate software product, which allows you to share this program and the nanoCAD SPDS module. It became possible to configure the export profile in IFC and the export has already been configured in accordance with the requirements of the Moscow State Expert Review.

From the real 3D model of water supply and sewerage systems created during the design process, the user receives almost all the necessary documentation:

Based on the system model, the required pressure and water flow rate for each system are calculated, pipeline diameters, valve sizes and meters are selected. Calculation can be carried out both according to SNiP 2.04.01-85, SP 30.13330.2012, and SP 30.13330.2016.
The program database contains the regulatory hydraulic characteristics of sanitary appliances, fire valves, water consumers as per SNiP 2.04.01-85, SP 30.13330.2012 and SP 30.13330.2016. Data Base of elements currently contain more than 8,000 different positions of such popular manufacturers in Russia.
nanoCAD VK 20.0, like other Nanosoft software products, will be distributed according to two schemes: users are offered annual and permanent licenses. The cost of the annual license is 31,100 rubles. The cost of a permanent license is 88,800 rubles.

As of November 2018, the nanoCAD VK 10.0 software product includes specialized tools for a plumbing engineer.
This version implements a tape interface. You can connect 3D Modeling and 2D Parameterization modules. The program now takes into account the head created by a pump or a group of pumps. Two-way communication with Revit is implemented; "Balance of water consumption and water disposal" list; The table of CSU used in the project is automatically generated. Description
According to representatives of Nanosoft, the final result of the designer's work in the nanoCAD VK program is a 3D model of the heating system for visual verification of the completed project.
Hydraulic calculation
Hydraulic calculations are performed strictly according to SNiP 2.04.01-85, SP 30.13330.2012 and SP 30.13330.2016. During calculations, the program calculates a three-dimensional model of systems, and based on the results of these calculations, it selects the diameter of pipes, valves and devices.
The basis of the nanoCAD VK program is a 3D model of water supply and sewage systems.
The designer works with individual floor plans, and each of them creates a floor area with a number assigned to the corresponding floor. As a result, a three-dimensional model of water supply and sewerage systems is obtained, and the hydraulic calculation takes into account the height difference.
You can also set the pipe offset from the route axis on the plan in nanoCAD Plumbing to produce a real system model. When laying a pipe along a wall, two parameters are specified: the distance from the wall for the route on the plan and the distance of the pipe to the wall in real space. This allows the pipeline route to be displayed in plan view elsewhere from the pipe location in real space, giving a more accurate 3D system model and more structured documentation.
In the example, cold and hot pipes are displayed in multiple plan routes that run parallel to some indentation in the XOY plane from each other. In real space, they are located one above the other.
Registration
The nanoCAD VK program fully takes into account the requirements of domestic standards. All tabular forms comply with GOST 21.601-2011 and GOST 21.110-2013, and the main inscription on the drawings - GOST R 21.1101-2013. In addition, nanoCAD VK generates an axonometric scheme, and the vast majority of foreign programs create isometry that is not provided for in GOST.
Intelligent nanoCAD VC Objects
All nanoCAD IC objects (piping, plumbing, fittings, etc.) are intelligent and their properties are easily edited during design. For example, for piping and fittings, you can select a size and type, or for plumbing.
Equipment Data Base
As of November 2018 Data Base , nanoCAD VK contains about 5,000 plumbing products. It presents domestic and foreign manufacturers of plumbing equipment: Zetkama, NANOPLAST,,, Rehau Uponor LLC Broen-ADL and many others. This database can be replenished and modified in a table editor.
Work with floors, rooms and risers
In nanoCAD Plumbing, you can export spaces from ArchiCAD or nanoCAD SPDS, and manually or automatically define their boundaries and numbering. All properties and data for any floor and space are displayed and edited in a single Building/Object Model dialog box, so you do not need to open each drawing individually.
Data synchronization
To synchronize data in nanoCAD VC, use the Project Manager, which clearly structures all documents in the project and creates accurate specifications based on the current state of the system model being designed.
In addition, the program allows you to create accurate equipment specifications (which is especially convenient when designing large objects) and customize BOM templates to suit user requirements. All this allows you to correctly calculate the water flow rate and effluent throughput.
You can use the Floor Connection Wizard to view and analyze all risers in a building and edit their properties.

The program can explicate any space and export it to Word, Excel, or CAD.
Lists of drawings, documents and quantities of work
In nanoCAD IC it is possible in semi-automatic mode to generate lists of working drawings of the main set as per GOST 21.101-97, lists of reference and attached documents as per GOST 21.101-97 and lists of scopes construction and installation works as per GOST 21.111-84. You can then export these lists to Word, Excel, or CAD.
Hydraulic report
After the calculation, the program automatically generates reports on water systems and can upload them to Excel.
Integration with Office and OpenOffice.org
The nanoCAD IC program allows you to export tabular data (equipment specification, water supply and sewerage system specification, list of working drawings of the main set, list of reference and attached documents) to MS Office and OpenOffice.org. formats. This is especially useful if you need to transfer technical data to an employee who does not have nanoCAD IC or similar CAD on his computer.
Data transfer via IFC
By supporting export to IFC exchange files, nanoCAD VC information models are easily embedded in the overall information model of the designed object on any BIM platform, be it ArchiCAD, Revit, Allplan or some other.
