Softline provided to E100 cloud services of Microsoft

On December 3, 2018 Softline reported that signed the three-year agreement Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Subscription with the international company E100 providing fuel cards for drivers transport and logistic firms. More than 500 specialists of the customer in Russia also To Europe increased efficiency, having passed to cloud applications Office 365 and the platform Azure.

Work of E100 service is supported by specialists from the different countries. The geographically-distributed structure and existence of child structures required easily scalable IT solutions for corporate communication and the convenient license program.

Thus the customer receives a uniform distribution kit of software products and a personal account from which it is possible to manage licenses in all structure of the company. The agreement of EAS allows to redistribute licenses between affiliated legal entities. At the expense of it it is possible to plan flexibly the IT budget, purchasing software according to the current business needs.

Transition to cloud mail and means for joint work of Microsoft Office 365 became one more important result of the project for E100. The mail solution which the company used earlier ceased to satisfy to needs of business: mail of the corporate level was required for it. Therefore the command of Softline carried out migration more than 500 mailboxes of a part of employees at offices of Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia and other countries on Exchange Online. Further the solution can be scaled. The set of applications, E100 necessary for personnel in daily work, is available to specialists of geographically distributed offices at any time and from any device.

Also specialists of Softline synchronized a directory service of the Active Directory of the customer from similar in Azure cloud that allows personnel of E100 to use a uniform account for access to the Office 365 resources.

We received a scalable cloud solution which allows personnel of all divisions to stay always in touch and to work effectively in a command. E-mail, the system of the joint communications, disk storage OneDrive – all this helps employees to solve quickly the problems facing them and it is rational to use corporate resources. Preparation for project implementation included many different iterations: from carrying out quorums on modern products and technologies of Microsoft and analysis of infrastructure of the customer before formation and optimization of the specification under its needs. We managed to satisfy the needs of E100 both for the Russian Federation, and for scales of all holding. We realized all potential of transition to the uniform standard of the office software with the transparent mechanism of budgeting and flexibility of scaling for dynamically developing company.
