2019: Release of the module for setup of interaction with "Mercury"

On September 17, 2019 Corus Consulting Group announced release of the solution for integration of the accounting systems of producers of finished dairy products with the state systems of a vetsertifikation "Mercury" and markings and tracings of goods Fair Sign. The solution of the IT company will help market participants to build infrastructure for storage and data transmission about goods on all chain of production and deliveries, up to the consumer's basket so that to avoid duplication of information and errors.

Since July 1, 2019 in Russia the first stage of the obligatory electronic veterinary certification (EVC) of finished dairy products started. The goods belonging to the categories oil, cheeses and cottage cheese, milk, fermented milk products and ice cream will have to be followed by veterinary documents. The state Mercury system will be engaged in electronic certification and tracking of subsupervising products.

On July 15 also the pilot project on marking of final dairy goods in the Fair ZNAK system of the Center of development of perspective technologies began. To lower number of counterfeited products, all goods will be marked by the Data Matrix codes by which both regulatory authorities, and consumers will be able to trace conditions of their production, storage and transportation from the plant to directly sales point.

In conditions when producers of dairy products should transfer data to two regulating instances at once, the state separated their areas of responsibility. "Mercury" will control raw materials from a farm to the plant, and Fair SIGN – to trace each unit of finished goods up to sale at the checkout. However even in this situation before producers of dairy goods there is a question how to organize data transmission in recording systems, having avoided errors and duplication of information.

CORUS Consulting, the official partner of Rosselkhoznadzor and the operator of a system of marking in Russia TsRPT, added own integration solution intended for data transmission in the Fair ZNAK system, the module for setup of interaction with "Mercury". The module will provide uninterrupted data transmission about products in the IC "Mercury" for formation of electronic veterinary documents and will allow to connect to an obligatory vetsertifikation of all participants of the dairy market: producers, distributors, retail chain stores and transport companies.

Implementation of two modules at the same time will allow producers of dairy products to organize complex, completely autonomous infrastructure for data transmission in the state information systems, registration and trackings of products. IT solution also considers all nuances and requirements of projects of marking and a vetsertifikation, including unique for the industry: for example, the rules developed by Rosselkhoznadzor for accounting of zhirobelkovy balance in products.

Rosselkhoznadzor and TsRPT conduct work on support and development of an ecosystem of partner integration solutions to simplify to the enterprises and retail networks transition to obligatory electronic veterinary certification and marking of products. 2018: Solution development on integration of the accounting systems with the system of marking

On December 4, 2018 Corus Consulting Group announced solution development on integration of the accounting systems of different producers with the system of marking and monitoring of goods. The solution is focused on the companies of any scales and level of automation.

In Russia the large-scale campaign for marking of products which problem – creation of a single national system of digital marking and tracing of goods Fair Sign based on the Center of development of perspective technologies (Operator of TsRPT) began. Obligatory marking will concern participants of turnover of tobacco products. Since March 1, 2019 they should report data on the movement of goods: input in turnover, receipt of packagings on a warehouse, their movements and implementation. A little later, since July, 2019, obligatory digital marking by means of identification will be is subject by footwear, since December 1, 2019 — articles of clothing, cameras, buses and perfumery, and since January 1, 2020 — medicines.

Examination of Corus Consulting allows to implement solutions for data transmission about marking of products of any complexity: as using direct integration of an accounting ERP system based on SAP, Microsoft and 1C national with the information system "Fair ZNAK", and using the platform of legally significant document flow DiState.

For December, 2018 TsRPT carries out pilot projects on marking and tracing of tobacco products, medicines to footwear to which producers, distributors and retailers for working off of organizational and technical issues can be connected.
