2022: Connecting iLove Quarter to Ujin Platform

The group of companies CORTROS"" sold Perm project in the DKZh microdistrict. The company Unicorn announced this on November 2, 2022. According to the developer, the iLove family quarter is a full-fledged smart residential complex that gives residents the opportunity to use digital services and manage smart apartments.

To create a unified digital environment, KORTROS Group of Companies connected a residential complex to the Ujin smart building platform from the Perm IT company Unicorn. Owners will manage smart devices and LCD services through a mobile application, as of November 2022, it is used by the developer's clients throughout Russia.

The first stage of the family quarter has already been commissioned, and the owners receive the keys to their smart apartments. Each of the 225 apartments has a set of smart home devices for monitoring the microclimate, controlling lighting and sockets, household and climatic appliances, as well as protection against leaks. Users will be able to configure the necessary scripts and control the "smart home" from the application or using voice assistants - the system is integrated with assistants Alice and Marusya.

In addition to device control, residents of the iLove family quarter will be able to open wickets and doors to the entrance from the application, order goods and services in the market, send applications to the management company, chat, watch consumption statistics - smart meters themselves will transmit readings for the month. Also, with the help of the application, the process of acceptance and transfer of apartments is organized and work will be carried out with warranty appeals.

The second stage of the iLove family quarter will be transferred to residents until December 31, 2023 and 500 more smart apartments will be equipped in it.

2019: Smart City project launch

On January 24, 2019, the governor of the Perm Territory, the Maxim Reshetnikov company Unicorn"," which developed the platform, the Group of MySmartFlat Companies "Cortros" ER-Telecom Holding and signed an agreement on the launch of a project based on "Smart City" MySmartFlat in the region. Under the terms of the agreement, the authorities of the Perm Territory undertake to advise the parties on the implementation of the project and support it at the federal level. The pilot project of the agreement will be a smart quarter in one of the residential complexes of Perm, where residents will be able to evaluate the entire functionality of the MySmartFlat platform - a single control center that unites all participants in the ecosystem in one information space: residents, developers, management companies, government and business.
