Before the start of the project, the NovaWind print fleet consisted of multifunctional devices (MFPs) from different vendors, while some of the machines did not undergo maintenance. In connection with the move to another location, it was decided to deploy the optimal printing infrastructure in the office, corresponding to the company's business objectives. During the project, Konica Minolta specialists installed 14 printing devices, 7 of which are full-color MFPs of the A3 bizhub C368 format. The unification of equipment made it possible to reduce the warehouse of spare parts and consumables, as well as simplified technical and routine maintenance. The installation of cost-effective A3 format equipment has reduced the total printing costs.

In the office of the company, a software and hardware complex was deployed based on the SafeQ solution for centralized management of the printing infrastructure and user authorization on the MFP, which made the work of users more convenient. Thanks to the implementation of the solution, employees have the opportunity to repeat a previously printed task if they need to make additional instances, or cancel printing a task sent to the MFP in error. The MFP authorization system for access cards does not require the entry of an electronic address when scanning a document in the employee's mail. And the deferred printing function allows employees to pick up their documents at a convenient time for them on any of the printing devices on the network - the solution provides access to the document only to the user who sent it to print. As a result, documents are no longer lost or unclaimed in paper trays.
