Avilex performed installation and setup of a hardware and software system for the My Documents Palace

On December 20, 2018 it became known that the uruppa of Avilex companies performed installation and setup of a hardware and software system for the Palace of public services "My documents".

The building is restored and adapted for modern use. The area of the Palace — 5400 sq.m, for visitors works 20 receive windows, at office 67 employees work.

Project objectives — creation of the multifunction space aimed at the development and improvement of a system of rendering public services, at increase in brand recognition "My documents" and loyalty of target audience, formation of trust to the system of the multifunction centers in the opinion of consumers of public services.

The My Documents palace is designed to become the venue of different actions of city value. For these purposes the Project Support company which is included into Avilex Group organized multimedia filling of the project. The foyer, a conference room, training center, offices of heads and meeting rooms are equipped with the modern multimedia equipment for holding actions of a different format — the video presentations, press conferences, video conferences. In the foyer the seamless LED cylinder by a format of 14800x2850 mm with a step of pixel of 2.5 mm is set. The panel is intended for broadcasts of informative video records about the history of the city of Moscow and the centers "My Documents".

The My Documents palace provides a full range of services of the multifunctional center. For these purposes the complex is equipped with the equipment of the last generation: the Digital Signage system, an electronic queue, the IP telephony, an automated workplace and also other necessary services and tools^[1].
