Autobahn of DSK (1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS)

In December, 2017 the ITOB (AYTOB) company implemented own solution 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS in the Autobahn road construction company.

Project Tasks

• Integration "1C: Center of satellite monitoring GLONASS/GPS" and Omnicomm
• Connection of the module "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" to "1C: Motor Vehicle Management"
• Operational position fix of cars.
• Data acquisition about a run of all vehicle fleet for the reporting period.
• Control of an operation mode of vehicle fleet, fuel write-off accounting.
• Exclude fuel loss/plunder.

Project Results

• Integration with a control system of Omnicomm Online fuel is executed.
• The mechanism of control of fuel and lubricants gas stations according to cards of issue of fuel with a binding to the mechanism, the employee and the partner is developed;
• The analytical reports "Control of Fuel and Lubricants", "Monitoring of Movement of Fuel and Lubricants on Warehouses", "Report on Analytical Comparison of Hit of Fuel and Lubricants in Tanks and Password Issue of Fuel and Lubricants from the Fueler" are developed;
• The module of cartographic visualization of gas stations is implemented;

Accurate accounting of fuel all stages of its movement – is as a result organized from the moment of receiving at the supplier before his hit in a tank of the mechanism and the subsequent expense. The cost accounting for operation of machines and mechanisms is kept in an automated system now. The comparability of data of document flow on the movement fuel and lubricants to indications of sensors of fuel is provided.
