On December 28, 2018 the company "Atlas Soft" announced that construction the company "Stork Development" at the beginning of 2018 began process of formation of electronic archive of primary documentation and agreements on sales and mortgage transactions based on the solution ETLA.

Due to a large number of primary and construction and estimate documentation and also works agreements and the carried-out transactions with property sale, every month the question of automatization of process of systematization of storage of originals of documents and their electronic copies was more and more sharply brought up. After studying of a number of offers in the market of electronic archives of documents specialists stopped the choice on the solution of Atlas Soft company.

Pacing factors at decision-making were:

Within two weeks specialists of Aist Development independently:

  • Worked and created structure of archive of documents of the company.
  • Got in the system of users and user groups.
  • Distributed access for users and to user groups to different sectors of archive.
  • Brought to a system the complete information about partners and clients.
  • Using the editor created cards of documents for all available document types.
  • Created a set of necessary reference books.
  • Created a number of rules of automatic numbering, automatic naming and automatic placement of the documents registered in archive.
  • In the report generator created a number of statistic reports.

As a result of formation of electronic archive of documents the company received full control over all documentation of the company, and employees got the centralized access to the necessary documents from any place, from any device and at any time, thereby considerably having simplified the work. Also many times search, issue and control of return of originals of documents became simpler.
