2020: Presentation of the multiservice logistic platform
On February 28, 2020 the Aytob company held a webinar presentation of the Multiservice Logistic Platform (MLP). On the air provided the implemented personal accounts of the Consignor and Transport company. Also offices for the Forwarding agent and the Consignee work. In plans to start personal accounts of foreign trade activities and Insurance company.
According to the developer, the Multiservice logistic platform is IT infrastructure for management of deliveries. It is intended for consignors, forwarding agents and transport companies. Through the platform it is possible to build complete infrastructure on work with deliveries, connecting shopping mall, customers, drivers, couriers and warehouses.
As noted in "Aytob", the convenience of using of MLP first of all consists in the automated exchange data between systems. The platform supports ideology that if the user once filled out the document in the to the accounting system, then it is not necessary to duplicate it. The services presented at the market, as a rule, have no mutual information exchange. Acceptance and sending tasks for transportation happens to the help of different communication channels (mail phone messengers) and through entering of data into several windows. In MLP the uniform standard of an execution of requests is created. It is not necessary to fill the same forms with information on delivery in the program of accounting, an office of transport company, at a design of a task to the driver any more. Parameters are entered once by a convenient method (ERP a system 1C: TMS Excel the web interface) are also transferred between partners without loss and errors. The carrier accepts data in the accounting system or uses a personal account. In the Reference book of the company vehicles and drivers are deposited that allows to appoint them to orders.
In MLP the calculator of predesign of cost of run or the separate requisition operates. Quickly to compare the price of delivery between several shopping malls, it is enough to send the request for the tender. The shopping mall or agrees with the offer and takes the order in work, or offers the terms. All this occurs in a personal account in real time.
In "Aytob" emphasized that MLP is not the exchange of orders. The functionality of the integration platform is directed to increase in convenience of work of consignors with the partners in transportations. To use exchange on API, between the user and shopping mall the service provision agreement should be already signed, and the key is received. It is possible to invite the companies with which the user already cooperates, to join MLP and to make work as more productive.
For document flow the possibility of exchange of the scanned versions is provided. Also it will be possible to connect e-document flow.
Special attention is paid to security. Data are transferred on protected to the protocol https. All logging into the personal account are in the history visible (when came, from what IP- the addresses and browser) and if several employees are registered, they can appropriate different roles, claim in "Aytob".
In personal accounts account of statistics on the basis of which reports on the done work form is kept. Automatic providing a delivery status increases control of execution of the order, and ratings allow to affect quality of the rendered services by transport companies, the developer considers.
If the user uses the accounting systems, then he can even not use a personal account of MLP – all exchange will happen on API. The interface of the platform is useful to consignees and small carriers.
For February, 2020 MLP works in the test mode. The user can be registered, connect the partners in API (exchange with transport SDEK, KSE, PEK, DL companies is configured) and to begin to work with tasks for transportation. There is a possibility of customization of the platform under the user, personal setup under business challenges and individual completions.
2019: Development of the platform
On January 23, 2019 the company "Aytob" announced start within the road map National technology initiative of Avtonet of the project: "Development multiservice logistic platform with function integration of different information systems and a possibility of inclusion of participants of the industry transport-logistic services in a common information space". The logistic platform, according to the statement of the developer, will allow consignors, carriers, forwarding agents and warehouse complexes quickly, without delays and losses to communicate, necessary for effective management and coordination of the distributed transport and logistic processes.
According to the developer, the solution will be useful for the transport and courier companies which are engaged in commercial transportation of goods, to consumers of transport logistics services (production and trade organizations, shipping companies, distributors, online stores), logistics services and automation systems of logistic processes and planning of transportations, temporary storage warehouses, pickup locations of products "on demand".
As noted in "Aytob", key function of the multiservice logistic platform – the organization of interaction for universal API- to the interface /to the protocol with different external sources: systems ERP TMS WMS, LMP GLONASS. Integration opportunities of the created multisersvisny logistic platform for operational information exchange between players of the market (consignors, the transport and logistic companies) will allow business processes to unify and optimize time expenditure on implementation transport and logistic activity, to minimize the human resources attracted in process and to optimize IT infrastructure partners.
According to the statement of the developer, the multiservice logistic platform will allow to achieve increase in efficiency of transport and logistic processes:
- The simple interface of the platform and operational data exchange about 24/7 deliveries accelerates interaction between the consignor and carriers. There is an access to bigger quantity of options of vehicles both from the consignor, and from transport companies. It allows to optimize selection of transport for accomplishment of orders. As a result duration of the breaks in work connected with a human factor can be reduced not less than twice.
- Use of the mechanism of universal integration with the systems of optimization of routes and planning of delivery of the last mile gives the chance to automatically build optimal routes taking into account transport loading of roads, qualities of a roadbed and possible difficulties of journey of heavy-load cars. As a result time of a way is reduced by 50%.
