On January 25, 2019 the Magnit company reported that it passes to electronic way bills for the goods delivery into shops.

According to the company, testing was held in the distribution center in Krasnodar. Based on a pilot project time of exchange of documents was reduced more than by 20 times — till three o'clock instead of three days.

Development of specialists of Magnet unlike analogs can be synchronized with different platforms of firms providers and in the long term will allow partners of network to obtain information via the channel, convenient for them. For January, 2019 electronic documents are used in activity of home motor transportation company of Magnet.

If earlier each delivery note was printed in four copies for all participants of process of delivery, then only in one now — for verification of the document at cargo inspection. Scheme of exchange simple: the driver in the tablet receives the delivery note, in the online mode confirms acceptance of a load, further the document is signed by the company carrier and is sent to the driver. After the product delivery in shop he appends the electronic signature and the delivery note automatically arrives to the management of outlet and responsible persons.

In December, 2018 we issued more than six thousand delivery notes in the distribution center of Krasnodar. Now it is not necessary to store the large volume of paper, information exchange terms were reduced, labor costs of operators, expenses on printing decreased, risks of possible losses of originals are minimized. The translation of documents from paper carriers on electronic is a continuation of consecutive development by the company of digital solutions. We plan that in 2019 all distribution centers of network will pass to an electronic format of work with this document type, further we are going to extend practice for our suppliers. Electronic way bills have equal legal force with traditional paper according to the federal law "About the Electronic Signature". Process of implementation of documents in such form is supervised at the level of the Government of the Russian Federation within the national project "Digital Economy".
