Slavneft-Megionneftegaz tested a control system of a condition of equipment based on the Iksar platform (XR)

On January 24, 2019 "Slavneft-Megionneftegaz (SN-MNG)" announced successful approbation of a digital instrument of status monitoring of the equipment. A system is based based on the domestic software — the IKSAR platform (XR) for devices and technologies of the complemented and auxiliary reality and is used in a combination with "smart" points and mobile tablets.

As a pilot project transferred two main objectives of process of preparation and pumping of oil to a digital format: operating control of operation of the equipment and accounting of a status of instrumentations and automatic equipment.

At hardware maintenance technologies and devices of augmented reality are applied. On displays of "smart points" and tablets evident step-by-step instructions are broadcast. "IKSAR" also allows to manage processes using voice commands, to identify the equipment on the barcodes applied on it, if necessary to provide communication online a communication channel of specialists of workshops with profile services of Megionneftegaz.

Use of the implemented information system already positively affected service quality of the equipment and also promoted increase in level of production security.

In 2018 at the enterprise a number of processes is automated, telemechanization of an operational well stock is fully completed, the command center by production, the center of horizontal drilling is created. In the 2019th implementation of the additional tools directed to further increase in operational efficiency and security is planned.
