Equipment of employees of "Smart polygon" hardware and software systems "Smart Helmet"
On December 10, 2019 Softline reported that together with Rostelecom equipped employees of "A smart polygon" of JSC Hiagda with the hardware and software systems "Smart Helmet". Commercial operation of the solution is started on December 6, 2019.
"The smart polygon" on extraction of uranium is created on the Source field in the Bauntovsky Evenki area of the Republic of Buryatia. The project is included in the uniform digital strategy of ROSATOM State Corporation. Its implementation will allow the company to increase labor productivity and cost efficiency of production.
The hardware and software system "Smart Helmets" developed by experts of Softline helps to increase the level of physical security of employees on production. The helmet fixes the fact of finding of individual protection equipment on the head, transmits to the manager a signal in case of falling of the worker or receiving blow, warns about dangerous "red zones" and also gives the chance to control location of the person in premises and on open space. Also information on the employee's exit from the work area is transferred to dispatching office. Further a system is capable to analyze all statistical data about time of active work of each of employees for a certain period.
| In 2019 the ROSATOM State Corporation entered the movement Vision Zero — Zero Injury Rate. Therefore a main goal of implementation of 'smart helmets' at the enterprise — increasing the level of security of employees. Positioning system testing "Smart helmets" on "A smart polygon"
On February 12, 2019 the Softline company reported that together with Rostelecom "Smart helmets" on JSC Hiagda implement the system of positioning. The solution allows to control far off observance of safety regulations on production and to watch movement and a status of employees during operation. It is an important step on the way to zero injury rate to synergies with digitalization of business processes of nuclear sector.
According to the company, "Smart helmets" are tested on the first in Russia the "Smart polygon" on extraction of uranium created on the Source field in the Bauntovsky Evenki area of the Republic of Buryatia. The project is an element of uniform digital strategy of ROSATOM State Corporation and enters a packet of digital products of State corporation. The system of positioning allows to control far off observance of safety regulations on production and to watch movement and a status of employees during operation. The project is implemented together with Department of information technologies of ROSATOM State Corporation, PJSC Rostelecom and Softline Group.
| We create a single digital platform of lifecycle of exploration and production of solid minerals. For February, 2019 we are at the first stage – on the Source field the intellectual technology of management of development of fields of uranium of method of borehole underground lixiviation is implemented. Software packages help the enterprise to estimate authentically a mining-and-geological situation of the fulfilled sections of fields, to model working off options, to carry out the exact analysis of the performed works, to quickly make decisions in the analysis and the forecast of mastering of the field, geological modeling and planning. The "Smart helmets" with the positioning module based on GPS trackers developed by Softline increase the level of physical security of employees on production: they are capable to fix existence of individual protection equipment on the head, to transmit a signal to the manager in case of falling of the employee or receiving blow, to warn about dangerous "red zones" and also allow to control their location in premises and on open space. The software fixes the exit facts from the work area and transfers information to dispatching office, further a system is capable to analyze all statistical data about time of active work of each of employees for a certain period.
Employees of the uranium mining enterprise are also going to be provided with bracelets with the built-in sensors of pulse, body temperature. In case of need such bracelet can transmit a disturbing signal to dispatching office in the absence of other means of communication.

| Creation of "A smart helmet" began with "blank sheet": on start we had a normal helmet and the needs for security, such as existence of the disturbing button and geopositioning.
