2019: Results of 15 years of use of EDMS Case
On July 9, 2019 the EOS Group company reported that the Ministry of Health of Altai Republic estimated 15 years' experience of use of EDMS Case. In Altai Republic EDMS "DELO" for public authorities and local government actually is the standard of conducting electronic document management. Both executive, and legislative branches of the power selected this platform for management of documents.
Altai Republic – one of the first Russian regions which began implementation of EDMS "DELO" as a reference platform for workflow automation in authorities. Since 2000 a system is used by Government Office of the Republic, and in the years ahead "CASE" was replicated on the main ministries, departments and municipalities. The contractor of the project and the permanent consultant – the Barnaul company "KS-Consulting", the partner of EOS Group in this region.
The Ministry of Health of the region began to work in EDMS "DELO" since 2003. Acquisition of the software product by the Ministry of Health became a part of implementation of the republican target program "Electronic Altai". A system completely met all relevant requirements: had sufficient functionality, a big portfolio of projects in state agencies and also the interface, simple and easy for mastering, available even to users with basic skills of work on the PC.
From the moment of the beginning of use a system repeatedly was updated, extended the sphere of its application both in respect of the supported processes, and on a scope of document groups. For July, 2019 EDMS "DELO" in the Ministry of Health of Altai Republic solves all main objectives of document flow. Means of a system fix all stages of the movement of documents, effective control of execution is adjusted, the reporting (statistics, performing discipline, etc.) is prepared
