The Avtospot LLC company acts as the developer of the automobile Autospot.ru online aggregator.

On the Autospot.ru portal proposals of dealers selling the new cars which are at them available with indication of the relevant price and taking into account the operating discounts are collected. In addition, a number of free services, for example individual selection of the machine is provided to visitors on the set parameters.

History

2019: Among partners of the online aggregator — 432 dealer centers

For February, 2019 432 dealer centers among which there are Rolf, Major, Avtospetscentre, Auto world, Inchcape participate in the Autospot.ru project.

2018

Over 11500 cars for 17.9 billion rubles are sold through Autospot.ru

The Avtospot company announced on February 21, 2019 growth of Internet sales of new cars in Russia. A basic reason of it was the fact that demand in 2018 grew by 12.8%, and quotas for the cars provided by importers to dealers, and, respectively, dealer warehouse stocks are limited. As result, deficit of these or those models in complete sets and color necessary for the buyer is formed. More and more consumers look for the necessary model at online aggregators where it is possible to estimate all offers of the market at once, noted in Avtospot company.

So, via the Autospot.ru online aggregator in 2018 over 11500 machines for the total amount of 17.9 billion rubles were implemented, and indicators of the company by quantity and turnover in a year grew in 2 and 2.5 times respectively.

According to representatives of "Avtospot", the popularity of sales of new cars on the Internet was affected by also increased trust of people to online trade in general when became a habit to purchase via screens of the gadgets practically everything.

Reduction of number of official dealers became other important factor of increase in online sales of new cars. For 2018 in Russia, despite growth in sales of cars, 40 dealer centers were closed. It means that their potential clients, selecting new cars, will study offers in the neighboring areas, using the Internet, i.e. will become online buyers, consider in the company.

In general, according to experts of "Avtospot", the situation in the market well influences promoting of online car sales and allows to integrate new services and services which are more convenient for using online into process.

Our task for the next years — aggressive building of a market share — the CEO of Autospot.ru Dmitry Andreyev said. — By 2022 we are going to increase car sales on the Internet by 10 times, having received thereby 5% of the market, to cover even more regions and to start a number of the accompanying services, such as car loans and car insurance".

As emphasized in the company, purchases of cars on the Internet directly depend on the general situation in the market. People most often look for scarce popular models in specific a complete set and color which can be taken away without waiting and the preorder. For this reason in reports of AEB and Autospot.ru in top-10 the most sold cars the same models enter (details in the table lower). Differences consist only in the places taken by them: on online sales it is influenced not only by demand, but also the offer and also selected to dealers of a quota and lack of sales with preorders — statistics is kept only on car sales, being available at dealers.

Agreement signature with 164 dealer centers

In 2018 agreements signed 164 dealer centers from 34 cities with the platform: Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Volgograd, Voronezh, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Samara, etc.

Attraction of $4.1 million investments from Mitsubishi and Mail.ru

In 2018 Mitsubishi Corp. and Mail.ru Group invested $4.1 million (after the transaction the platform is estimated at $19.1 million) in Autospot.ru.
