Biography

For February, 2019 Tyutryumov Alexey Lvovich is the adviser to the Minister transport Russian Federation Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

As of February, 2019 executes the following job responsibilities as the adviser to the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation:

• Performs preparation of materials for the Minister, will organize control of execution of instructions of the Minister, orders of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, coordinating (consultative) bodies of the Government of the Russian Federation and the interdepartmental commissions on questions:
  • development of a system of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation, including improvement of normative legal support;
  • estimates of expediency and efficiency of establishment, reconstruction and closing of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation;
  • implementation of international transport using the international means of communication of the Russian Federation, including transit (transfer) transportations of passengers and loads;
  • optimization of administrative procedures and improvement of typical technology circuits of the organization of the admission through frontier of the Russian Federation of persons, vehicles, loads, goods and animals;
  • developments, approvals and the approvals of investment projects in the set field of activity.

• In the set field of activity represents to the Minister of the offer on improvement of work of divisions of the Ministry, federal service, the federal agencies subordinated to it (Rosaviatsiya, Rosavtodor, Roszheldor, Rosmorrechflot) and organizations (Federal budgetary institution "Agency of the Motor Transport") and also the offer on development and adjustment of federal target programs and plans of research, Research and Development and a scientific and technological revolution of industry scientific, research and production and educational institutions.

For February, 2020 is not registered as the adviser to the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation on the official site of the ministry any more.
