On March 5, 2019 the EleWise company reported that the Russian Light company accelerated processing of primary documents using LegalDoc.
As for firm distributor, for Russian Light the processing speed of primary documents which directly affects customer service quality and partners and consequently, creates image of the organization is critical.

For decrease in temporary and finance costs, the association made the decision to transfer work with documents of primary accounting to an electronic form and to automate processing of these documents. According to customer representatives, for association it was important to solve an assigned task quickly and with the minimum efforts. Therefore the decision to use a ready-made product was made.
A large number of partners demanded a possibility of simultaneous operation with several operators of legally significant e-document flow and support of all types and formats of primary documents.

Automation was begun with the entering document flow: receiving entering from partners UTD (universal transfer document), made a search capability of documents on the consignee, configured the mechanism of distribution of documents to responsibles and also implemented autocreation of creditor invoices from the incoming document.
In LegalDoc processes of electronic document management with partners through four operators are implemented: Kontur.Diadok, GSI, Taxcom, Sphere. Courier. Thanks to integration the staff of the enterprise can directly work in Oracle e-Business Suite, regardless of through what operator the document goes or turns out.
LegalDoc allows to accept from IFTS of the requirement about providing documents regarding counter and cameral checks, to automatically prepare on them the answer and to send according to requirements of the legislation. The automated processes according to incoming documents significantly accelerated processing of primary documents since the document comes in electronic form, will automatically be recognized and loaded into Oracle e-Business Suite.
Outgoing documents are automatically created and undergo necessary approval directly in LegalDoc. All documents are legally significant and conform to all requirements and orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
