Biography

Was born on March 2, 1975 in Kovrov of the Vladimir region.

1988: SPb UGPS Emercom of Russia

In 1998 graduated from the St. Petersburg institute of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (since 2006 - the St. Petersburg university of the Public fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations) in "fire safety".

From 1998 to 2002 - the teacher of department of fire tactics of the St. Petersburg institute of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the senior teacher of department.

From 2002 to 2013 - the deputy chief of department of fire tactics of the St. Petersburg institute of GPS Emercom of Russia, the chief of department of automatic equipment and means of communication, the deputy chief of department on information technologies and information security, the deputy chief on study.

2013: Emercom of Russia

From 2013 to 2014 - the first deputy chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia across the Leningrad Region.

Since 2014 - the first deputy chief of National Center for Crisis Management.

In 2017 it is appointed the chief of Scientific and technical department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia.

2019: SPb UGPS Emercom of Russia

On November 4, 2019 it is appointed the first deputy chief of the St. Petersburg university of the Public fire service of Emercom of Russia.
