On March 26, 2019 it became known that in the headquarters Baltika Brewery LLC in St. Petersburg upgrade comes to the end IT- and engineering infrastructure. All works on design, setup and start of systems are executed system integrator KOMPLIT without stopping current business processes.

Except technical support of KOMPLIT developed design of solutions for data transmission systems and unified communications. The corporate data network has geographically distributed infrastructure with a core in the headquarters in St. Petersburg. According to information for March, 2019 the network covers more than 200 departments in Russia and the CIS countries and also connection to infrastructure of Carlsberg in Western Europe and to cloud services of Microsoft Azure. The uniform DPC for Eastern Europe is located in the St. Petersburg headquarters too.
In such structure to a core of corporate network high requirements in terms of the continuity of business processes are imposed. Business applications work as on-premise, in corporate DPC in St. Petersburg, and in a cloud service of Microsoft Azure. Recently the company passed to the system of mobile electronic document management based on this cloud platform.
As a result at design specialists of KOMPLIT offered design of network with duplication of all elements of the solution and geographical distribution between two platforms of DPC. It will provide fault tolerance and disaster tolerance in case of breakdown of one platform.
The solution is from three crucial elements. Routers Cisco ASR1001-X allowed 1U to implement all necessary functions in a compact form factor: for aggregation WAN- channels, the organizations of service DMVPN for remote platforms and formation of alternative channels of communication and also connection to to the Internet on to the protocol BGP. Firewalls Cisco ASA5585-X in the multicontextual mode allow to isolate network segments and to define rules access between them with processing of traffic flows of level 10G. Switches Cisco 4500-X connect all elements according to standard 10G to use of both optical, and copper connections.
In the project technologies of fault tolerance and automatic recovery of operability of Cisco ASA Active-Active, Cisco VSS using Multichassis EtherChannel (MEC) are applied. With their help from the distributed platforms the single system of a core of a corporate data network was created.

Other large direction – dispatching system. KOMPLIT on a regular basis performs maintenance inspection, repair and service of the systems of electric equipment, regular power supply, ventilation and conditioning, gas fire extinguishing and low-current networks in server premises of Baltika Brewery LLC. For protection against unexpected emergency situations the integrator implemented dispatching system of power supply and ventilation.
"In one and a half years dispatching system with 500 parameters of monitoring was organized in three server and three auxiliary premises of the headquarters of Baltika. We conducted examination of the systems of automatic equipment and scheduling of engineering infrastructure, made technical specifications on design, prepared all work documentation, constructed a system and put it into operation. For March, 2019 in the listed premises the solutions Schneider Electric are already used. Smooth operation of server rooms is ensured by ARS UPSes of the Galaxy 7000 and Galaxy 5500 series, and for cooling the systems of a line Inrow RC are installed. The solution EcoStruxure Building of Schneider Electric based on the program Enterprise Server server and an automation server of Automation Server is the cornerstone of dispatching system. As programmable logic controllers Segnetics were selected, indicators of the electric network are measured by the equipment of ABB, and sensors and a field equipment – from the German producer S+S Regeltechnik.
In a project deliverable specialists of Baltika Brewery LLC can conduct independently remote monitoring of engineering infrastructure of server premises, predict emergency and emergency situations, keep account of consumption of energy resources on different cuts in time and taking into account external influences.
One more project task (which is for March, 2019 at an end stage) is an upgrade of a system of balancing of loading of external and internal IT services. Instead of an outdated system the solution NetScaler ADC (Application Delivery Controller) of Citrix company is implemented.
Owing to broad geographical distribution and a high load on the IT system it was necessary to provide reliable access to critical corporate IT services for all users – in Russia, neighboring countries and in Europe. A system was constructed based on a failover cluster of two hardware-software complexes of Citrix NetScaler ADC SDX 8015. The specialized monitoring system and managements of Citrix ADM (Application Delivery Management) is placed on a cluster of virtualization of VMware vSphere.
Citrix ADM provides centralized operation with nodes of a cluster of a system and conducts continuous monitoring of work of users in real time. Along with it specialists can receive reports on network activity of users, geographical distribution of requests to IT services and volumes of the processed traffic.
As additional security measures internal and external IT services in the created system are isolated from each other thanks to the Citrix virtualization platform which is built in the solution. For ensuring disaster tolerance nodes of a cluster are located in two different DPCs. In case of local problems in one of DPC users automatically switch to the working node.[1]
