"Yandex. Toloka" is an open crowdsourcing platform on which more than four million people (data for April, 2019) perform tasks on collecting and a marking of data for different customers. Start of Toloki Laboratory for fast data processing

Yandex Company started on August 20, 2020 Toloki Laboratory — she automatically solves popular problems of data processing. The laboratory is created based on Yandex. Toloki is also useful to those it is important to whom to solve quickly a problem and who is not ready to spend time for a project startup on this platform.

For work with Laboratory no special knowledge is necessary. The customer only fills a small form, gives the reference to data and explains what with them to do. The rest — creation of the interface, setup of the project and search of contractors — happens to the help of the automated processes. When everything is ready, the customer will receive results of a marking.

For launch Laboratory executes three types of a marking of data — pattern discrimination, classification of the text and selection of objects on the picture. The marked data help to solve the most different problems in marketing, sales, education, machine learning and other spheres. For example, it is possible to define emotions of the person by pattern discrimination in the picture — he laughs, he is indifferent or longs. Using classification of the text — to group comments of users in tonality, say, to separate them into positive, negative and neutral. And selection of areas of images, in addition, allows to find in photos of people who walk a dog. There will be automated solutions and for other types of tasks later.

2019

The first certification of suppliers

On August 6, 2019 it became known that in Yandex. Toloke there took place the first certification of suppliers of crowdsourcing solutions. Now Toloki's clients can order preparation of the project from certified partners.

The first certified partners of Toloki became:

• BestPlace is the platform for assessment of the territory and the forecast of the retail turnover
• Handl is service of preparation and a marking of data for machine learning
• ID R&D — developer of biometric solutions in the field of authentication
• SD Data — developer of the systems of colloquial artificial intelligence
• VisionLabs — developer of solutions in the field of computer vision and machine learning.

Partners help customers to solve their daily business challenges, involving thousands of users in their accomplishment and using technologies of Yandex. In turn for partners certification in Toloka are an opportunity to use crowdsourcing to improve own technologies, and the additional channel of customer acquisition.

The second wave of certification will be started in the nearest future.
