Bestplace develops the IT platform for the companies opening outlets (shops, drugstores, the fitness centers, restaurants, beauty shops, etc.) which allows to analyze a set of factors and to predict revenue of each point.

At the heart of the platform, according to him, the algorithms which are automatically processing data on the population, office employees, their income, expenses, transport and pedestrian availability, convenience of the parking, client traffic and even more than 60 factors lie.

As sources data of Rosreestr, OpenStreetMap, the websites on property sale, etc. are used.
In plans of developers as of April, 2017 - to be connected to API cards of "Yandex" and 2GIS, to buy data from mobile operators and Sberbank and also space pictures. Besides, in future Bestplace is going to perform shooting of pedestrian and automobile traffic, having started on streets of the cities own cars with cameras.
The more the sources characterizing areas and buildings for opening of outlets, the more precisely the algorithm will be able to predict revenue of these points, Kiryanov says.
A system undergoes primary training at data on revenue of already working outlets of the company - the client of Bestplace.
The Bestplace service is intended to be offered both from "cloud", and in the form of installed solution on client side. To small customers it will be suggested to pay for each forecast separately.
The cost of the forecast will be from several thousand to hundreds of thousands of rubles depending on the area of outlet. Than the area is more, more data are required to those for a research, Kiryanov explains.

2017: investments from the founder of NVision Anton Sushkevich
In April, 2017 the founder and the ex-president of Nvision Group system integrator Anton Sushkevich became the investor of Bestplace. He invested several million rubles in exchange for a 10% share.
Developers are going to use the raised funds for implementation of pilot projects and acquisition of access to paid data sources.

In addition to money Sushkevich expects to help founders of Bestplace the knowledge of that, "how to build and develop business". Earlier he also invested in Postgres Professional companies, РДП.ру and Avtodoria.
Further founders of Bestplace expect to attract other investors to acceleration of development of the company. In particular, negotiations on receiving a grant of Skolkovo Foundation are conducted.
As perspective tasks in the company see creation of the service for owners of premises allowing to define, it is more profitable to whom to lease these premises and also an exit to international market.
The annual volume of the Russian market for the services similar to Bestplace, Alexander Kiryanov estimates at $125 million, world - at $5.5 billion.
2016: creation of the company
The Bestplace company was registered in October, 2016.
The consultant for retail Alexander Kiryanov, the head of research division of "Yandex" Pavel Burangulov and the chief architect of Avito.ru Mikhail Tyurin who provided the first investments on development of the platform acted as founders.
The project team included experts with work experience in "Yandex", Mail.ru, Abbyy, Avito and other companies.
