The Avtodoria company develops and implements an intelligent transport system for traffic security - function for control of violations of traffic regulations which can be integrated with the Safe City system.
The company - the resident of technoparks Skolkovo and the IT park of Kazan.
History
2019: Change of the controlling owner
On January 16, 2019 there was information that the Avtodoria company replaced the controlling owner. As it appears from data of a card file "Contour-Focus", 70% in Atodorodiya LLC Sotka vysotok LLC owns now. The remained 30% of Avtodoria — in ownership at Otkrytye resheniya LLC.
According to information CNews, Startobaz, belonging To Svetlana Nikiforova — the spouse of the ex-Minister of Communications Russia Nikolai Nikiforov, sold the share in Avtodoria of Sotka Vysotok LLC at a boundary of 2017-2018. The amount of this transaction is not known, but from the tax declaration of Nikolai Nikiforov which he submitted as the member governments, it is known that in 2017 the income of his spouse was 63 million rubles. At the same time from belonging to Sotka Vysotok of a share in Avtodoria of 20% are put on the credit issued by Cyprus company of Sunomi Co. This company characterizes itself as "boutique of financial services".
"The hundred part of skyscrapers" as Avtodoria and "Open solutions", is registered in Tatarstan. The company belongs to Artem Lopatin who in 2017-2018 headed Avtodoria. "Open solutions" belong to Alexander Nikolaev.[1]
2018: Loss of important contracts
In 2017-2018 Avtodoria began to hand over positions for benefit of the competitors. So, in 2018 the federal highways passing through the Republic of Tatarstan began to be equipped with complexes of photovideo fixing "Avtouragan-BCM2" developed by the Moscow company "Sensing technologies". Avtodoria also participated in the corresponding tender, but lost it. Besides, in Tatarstan the question of dismantling of the cameras which are already mounted by Avtodoria began to be considered. As Business newspaper which is published in Tatarstan noted, it was the first tender lost by Avtodoria in the republic. By that moment Nikiforov already left a post of the Minister of Communications, and his spouse left the capital of Avtodoria.
In 2017, according to the Kommersant newspaper, the Center of the organization of traffic of TsODD under control of the Government of Moscow did not prolong the contract with the company.
2017
Startobaz left Avtodoria and earned 1 billion rubles
At a boundary of 2017-2018 the controlling owner of Avtodoria - Startobaz - left the company and completed 2017 with large net profit – 971 million rubles, follows from financial statements of the company which is contained in base of Rosstat. It is much higher than indicators for previous years when its profit varied from 2.9 million rubles to 99.8 million rubles.
A number of representatives a startup community of Tatarstan to which TAdviser communicated meet in the assumption that sale of a share in Avtodoria brought to Startobaza an overwhelming part of income and profit in 2017. Read more here.
The new CEO - Artem Lopatin
In September, 2017, according to the USRLE, Artem Lopatin held a position of the CEO of Avtodoria. Its appointment was preceded by receiving by Hundred part of Skyscrapers of a share in the company belonging to it. Read more here.
In particular, according to data "Contour-Focus", to Hundred part of Skyscrapers 6.5% of Avtodoria departed. 63.5% remained with Startobaza, and 30% still belonged to Open Solutions company

For July, 2017 70% of authorized capital of Avtodoria belonged to Startobaza, the remained 30% are Open Solutions companies.
Starobaz buys a share in Avtodoria from founders of NVision
In April, 2017 the list of founders of Avtodoria exchanged. the 15 percent share of Maxima Telecom company behind which as was considered earlier, there was Anton Sushkevich was distributed between Sushkevich and two other founders of Nvision Group system integrator Dmitry Taraboy and Alexey Glotov.
Sushkevich had 8.8% of Avtodoria, at Taraby - 5.2%, Glotov has 1.1%.
As Anton Sushkevich, it and his partners reported TAdviser (Tarab and Glotov) the shares decided to sell to the controlling shareholder of Avtodoria - Startobaza fund.
The owner of Startobaza is the wife of the Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov - Svetlana.

Founders of NVision became investors of Avtodoria in 2015. On a question whether it was succeeded to increase investments, Sushkevich answered so:
In ruble expression - yes, it is insignificant, but if to tie investments to dollar, then practically only they were beaten off |
According to the investor, the total volume of investments of three partners exceeded 50 million rubles.
Startobaz could not provide comments.
Financial performance in Avtodoria does not open. If to judge by the concluded government contracts, in 2016 their amount was 417.7 million rubles, in 2015 was 414.1 million, in 2013 - 265.9 million, in 2012 - 51.6 million.

List of founders
Prior to the beginning of 2017 a control share in Avtodoria 55% in size other structure from Tatarstan - Startobaza fund owned. The fund for 95% belongs to Svetlana Nikiforova, the spouse of the ex-Minister of Communications Russia Nikolai Nikiforov. 30% a share in Avtodoria belonged to the company "Open solutions".
Another 15% in Avtodoria belonged to Maxima Telecom LLC which was connected with founders of NVision Group system integrator: Anton Sushkevich, Dmitry Taraboy and Alexey Glotov.
Regions of implementation
According to Contour-Focus base, by October, 2016 a system is implemented in 7 subjects of the Russian Federation: To Moscow, the Moscow region, the Samara, Kaliningrad, Ulyanovsk regions, in Ingushetia and Tatarstan. This information differs from that that the company brings.
According to Avtodoria company for October, 2016, industrial implementation of its system is implemented in 11 subjects of the Russian Federation:

2015: Anton Sushkevich's investments
The founder of NVision Group Anton Sushkevich became the investor of Avtodoria in January, 2015[2]
2013: Government approval
In February, 2013 the system of tracking roads Avtodoria as which investor the spouse of the Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov acts received government approval for implementation in Russian regions.[3]
As a result of commission session on traffic security the first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov charged "consider and to legislatively fix system implementation Avtodoria with the right of territorial subjects of the federation to independently resolve an issue of its use".
2011: Creation of the company
The Avtodoria company in quality a startup project was started in 2011 based on business incubator of the Kazan IT park. The Startobaza fund belonging to Svetlana Nikiforova became the first investor of the company.
