The IT systems, huge on the scales, providing rendering state services, pension accrual, control of payment of taxes and other functions of the state require regular operating expenses, upgrade, development.
Maintenance and updating of 10 largest IT systems of federal agencies costs, by estimates of TAdviser, 30 billion rubles a year, and these are about 30% of the general budget of informatization of state agencies. More than a half of these means "eat" operating costs which purpose – support of operability of systems and their users.
Calculation of expenses on development, operation and upgrade of IT systems of analytics of TAdviser was carried out on the basis of plans of informatization and purchases. Expenses on the actions relating directly to this or that system were summed up.
The actions connected with development, operation and hardware upgrade or telecommunication channels, which are not relating directly to the studied systems were not taken into account. Communication services for the staff of departments were also not considered.
The most expensive, according to calculations of TAdviser, is automated information system of the Pension fund (the AIS of RPF). In 2015 its support and development 10.65 billion rubles demanded, for 2016 is planned to spend 11.38 billion.

The AIS of RPF - is unique, many-sided, huge as the certain continent. So in 2015 it was characterized by the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund Nikolay Elistratov. Using a system the fund performs the key functions - appointment, recalculation and financing of pensions and social payments, conducting the personified accounting of the pension rights of citizens, administration of insurance premiums, formation and investment of means of pension savings.
The Pension fund provides the services through more than 2500 client services - it is 2500 points of entry in a system, 1000 mobile client services, EPGU, electronic offices of the insured person and the payer on the website of RPF, the multifunction centers. In a system about 150 million individual accounts are operated (including accounts of the dead). It is annually granted to more than 2.7 million pensions which amount are several times a year recalculated in connection with indexations.
The information system interacts with more, than 2.5 thousand systems of other federal, regional and municipal agencies. In 2014 the AIS of RPF processed and answered 1.4 billion requests. The information center of a personalized accounting of RPF processes in dive more than 1 million requests a day.
Since 2012 there is a gradual moving of functions of a system on the new platform – AIS RPF-2. In the plans of informatization the Pension fund will not cut expenses on the first and second version therefore by drawing up the list the cumulative digit was considered.

For example, the number of the citizens registered in a Unified identification and authentication system grew from 3.5 million in January, 2013 to 28 million in June, 2016. The number of monthly visits of EPGU grew from 5.5 million to 12 million, and number of transactions in SIEI – from 1.8 billion to 10 billion (the forecast for 2016) in a year.

Scales of ASFK characterize the following digits: the central office of Federal Treasury, 83 managements and more than 2 thousand departments over the country are connected to a system. In ASFK 60 thousand personal accounts of the federal budget and about 290 thousand personal accounts of budgets of the subject / local budgets are operated. In 2015 the state system of production, registration and control of passport and visa documents of new generation (GS PVDNP) demanded investments in the amount of 3.5 billion rubles, in 2016 - 2.7 billion.

In 2015 about 2.1 billion rubles were invested in maintenance and development of an information system of Rosstat, in 2016 – is planned to enclose 2.4 billion.

IVS of Rosstat is intended for the automated collecting, processing and storage of statistical data at the regional and federal levels, formations of statistical materials, implementations of requests to statistical information. Annually at the federal level more than 16.2 billion indicators are processed, more than 600 operational bases in the different directions of statistics are conducted.
Results of processing of statistical information collect in data warehouses at the regional and federal levels. All data are coded according to the uniform directory of statistics containing more than 60 thousand indicators. Their razreznost is described by the uniform normative reference information including 29 all-Russian qualifiers and more than 900 industry reference books.
The saved-up data are used for formation of all official publications of the state statistics, part of them is posted on the website of Rosstat.
In 2015 automated information system "Tax-3" demanded investments in the amount of 1.4 billion rubles, in 2016 - 1.7 billion.

Before introduction of AIS Tax-3 consolidation of tax data was made at the regional level. With its emergence all information gathers in uniform DPC of FTS, and all staff of service from all territorial subdivisions has access to it.
