2019: Automation of accounting using software "1C:Enterprise 8 of BUILDING ERP Enterprise management 2 + Document flow"

For automation operational, accounting and tax accounting at high technology level and according to requirements of the Russian legislation the management of Voronezhselmash LLC made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system "1C:Enterprise 8 of BUILDING ERP Enterprise management 2 + Document flow".

The important role when choosing an accounting system for company management was played that the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8 BUILDING ERP Enterprise management 2 + Document flow" — a system with big functionality for development and also the fact that the producer performs support of the program.

As the contractor of the project the 1C-Rarus company as the partner having wide experience of automation of the accounting systems, having the certificate on ISO 9001:2015 quality management system was selected.

Work progress

Specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works on implementation of the software product:

  • Delivery and installation of the software product "1C: Enterprise 8 CORP.ERP Enterprise management 2 + Document flow".
  • It is demonstrated program capabilities;
  • Installation of working bases on places of users;
  • Elementary education of users to the principles of work with an accounting system is provided;
  • Acquaintance with maintenance options;
  • The help at the beginning of work with a system is rendered.


Date of input of a system in commercial operation — 2/18/2019. In total 132 jobs are automated.

On a response of the customer, implementation of the "1C:Enterprise 8 of BUILDING ERP Enterprise management 2 + Document flow" software product for automation of activity of the enterprise allowed to estimate quickly efficiency and to obtain information for acceptance of management decisions.
