2019: Automation of activity based on "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2"

For automation operational, accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the Russian legislation, the management of E13 LLC made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system of 1C: Enterprise 8.ERP Enterprise management 2. As the contractor of the project the 1C-Rarus company as the partner having wide experience of automation of the accounting systems, having the certificate on ISO 9001:2015 quality management system was selected.

Work progress

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting

Results

Date of input of a system in commercial operation — 1/1/2019. 100 jobs are automated.

Use of the application solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2" allowed to automate such sections of accounting as: inventory management; order management; cash management; management of the relations with buyers and suppliers; sales planning, purchases; personnel management; payroll calculation; accounting and tax accounting.

Implementation of the software product also allowed the customer to estimate quickly efficiency and to obtain information for acceptance of management decisions.
