On April 22, 2019 the HTS company reported that at the end of 2018 it together with ANTAEUS company completed delivery of the Russia's first precision conditioner of a line of CyberLab for the premises of the holographic lithographer of SRISA of RAS in Moscow.
According to the company, ultraprecise maintenance of parameters of an indoor air with the set 16 kW holographic lithographer was the main objective set by Institute. Indicators of air temperature should be indoors observed with an accuracy of 0.5 °C and air humidity indicators - with an accuracy of 5%.
Activity of FNTs SRISA RAS Federal State Institution is based on the complete solution of problems in the field of nanotechnologies, information and telecommunication technologies, computing systems, physics and information science. And as for the holographic lithographer, he is used in microelectronics, in particular as one of elements of a technology chain in production of chips. At institute the device is provided as the demonstrator.
For the premises with the holographic lithographer of 30 sq.m the solution based on the precision STULZ CyberLab ASU 211 AL conditioner as only this installation met the stated requirements from all equipment presented at the market of Russia was selected.

Implementation process of the project was performed in 2 stages. On the first - ANTAEUS company performed works on a system design of cooling of the premises. At the second stage specialists of ANTAEUS and HTS companies performed delivery, installation and a commissioning of the precision STULZ CyberLab ASU 211 AL conditioner.
For the customer and ANTAEUS company some of the main criteria when choosing the system provider of conditioning were: the wide list of the proposed technical solutions, reliability of the equipment and timely accomplishment of the assumed liabilities, optimal price relation and qualities of the proposed solution. Based on assessment a choice for benefit of the equipment STULZ and its official distributor of HTS company as there was already a positive experience of cooperation was made, and the company could propose the solution meeting the set requirements.
Earlier our company already cooperated with HTS on the project of equipment of data center of FNTs SRISA RAS Federal State Institution. In March, 2017 was also puskonalazhena of 4 precision CyberAir 3 ASD461A conditioners with portable condenser blocks and a winter set to -40 °C for the server premises with a general refrigerating capacity about 200 kW are delivered, mounted. Then already at the initial stage there was a difficulty with placement of the equipment, in connection with limited space in earlier built building. I will note that for April, 2019 both projects are implemented in full. The quality of installation works conforms to requirements of the existing regulating documentation. As for operation of the started equipment, failures from the moment of its start are not recorded.
