Alvis optimizes business processes and increases decision making speed with SAP Analytics Cloud

On April 23, 2019 the companies SAP CIS reported that "Alvis" optimizes business processes and increases decision making speed using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Thanks to Analytics Cloud SAP implementation the company already visualized the reporting under such indicators as: data on to sales, cash receipt, reports on shipments, on existence of goods, etc. The solution was implemented in 4 months, the company acted as the partner TerraLink. Further Alvis is going to expand possibilities SAP of the Analytics Cloud platform, having implemented add-on modules, including on demand forecasting.

According to the company, a main objective of the project – quickly, in a convenient format and on any device, including far off to receive the daily reporting that in the automatic mode to calculate the purposes on sales to level region/shop. A system analyzes both the internal reporting of the company, and statistics from external sources. It allows employees and top managers of Alvisa to configure independently necessary filters and to receive any cuts without involvement of analysts as it was earlier. For April, 2019 reports from the SAP Analytics Cloud system are used by all top managers of the company – the president, the CEO, the director of trading house, the director of divisions and regions and also the staff of logistic department.

We selected the SAP solution Analytics Cloud to increase quality of acceptance of management decisions at the expense of the convenient, easy in use, automated reporting. About a half of employees of our company work "in fields" and to us it is important that they could look quickly at necessary analytics in real time from any device, in particular from the mobile phone.
