Was born on July 21, 1987 in Yoshkar-Ola.

In 2009 graduated from economics department of the Mari state university majoring in "Accounting, the analysis and audit".

2011: Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation

In 2011 - 2014 - in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

2014: Minkry of Russia

In 2014 - 2015 - in the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea.

2015: Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East

Since 2015 worked as the associate director of Budget department of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Arctic.

Till November, 2019 - the director of Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East Budget department.

2018: RANEPA

In 2018 with honors graduated from the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in the direction of preparation Law.
