Biography

Konstantin Milyaev in 2015 with honors graduated from faculty of finance and the credit of Moscow State University of economy, statistics and information science (MGUESI) in "Investment case".

After the termination of the university was engaged scientifically- research activity in the field of finance. The author more than 30 articles in the Russian and foreign research magazines, is a receiver of several grants, financed government and ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.

Till March, 2019 worked in Rosgosstrakh company where there passed the way from the chief specialist of development department of retail network of the Moscow branch to the head of department in the block of regional business.

In May, 2019 Konstantin Milyaev headed department of analytics and development of retail business insurance of the company Soglasie. The associate director of department it is appointed Inal Tarba. Development of retail sales in To Moscow and regional network belongs to their duties. Konstantin Milyaev and Inal Tarba are faced by tasks of increase in efficiency business processes, upgrade and simplification of work of sellers, building of the effective and comfortable platform of interaction of agents with the company and their supports.

Working experience of colleagues will allow to create one of the best platforms for agents regarding processes of support, motivation, opening of new divisions. Also we enhance activity on sales of life insurance policies via agency, office channels and development of online sales.
