On June 10, 2019 the Post Bank company reported that it with assistance of the international insurance company BNP Paribas Cardif implemented the Post Bank Drive online system for the staff of network and their heads. A system allows employees to trace the front line the key performance indicators, a bonus level and rating. For June, 2019 it is used by more than 16,000 employees of the bank across all Russia, further this indicator can increase several times due to implementation of functionality in agency network.
According to the company, the project is started based on the Russian Rubilix platform. In a basis of the platform the technology of evident and operational visualization of execution of KPI and competitive mechanics which motivate the front personnel are put to achieve more good results and develop the internal competition. "Personal account" in a system is provided to each employee.
A system demonstrates up-to-date information about the predicted award and reflects the factors influencing its size depending on the reached indicators. Having before eyes of graphics and digits on accomplishment of the sales plan, the employee can estimate the chances of receiving an award and show an additional initiative in work.
The general and regional ratings on each of indicators are provided in a system. They motivate employees to show more good results.
