"Zenit bank" transferred all centralized infrastructure to DPC Croc

On June 18, 2019 IT- the company CROC reported that ZENIT bank transferred all centralized infrastructure in DPC Compressor network data centers Croc that allowed to ensure smooth operation of the transaction systems and the automated banking system. Placement in data center of level Tier III — Gold Certification of Operational Sustainability on certification Uptime Institute guarantees reliable work financial of the organization.

The data center ensures functioning of the automated banking system (ABS) thanks to which clients of ZENIT Bank get a continued access to financial products and services at any convenient time 24/7. Project implementation also guarantees reliable work of the transaction systems, including business and critical applications.

"At the end of 2018 we completed the large project on transition to the updated core banking system. Unlike previous, this system works online — not interrupted communication with bank departments. The arrangement of servers in highly reliable DPC and also consolidation of all our communications to communication hubs of Compressor allowed bank to provide the required level of availability to the core banking system. Smooth operation of banking systems allows to provide to our clients better service", noted Dmitry Kogan, the deputy manager of the IT block of ZENIT Bank

Due to the relocation of bank in 2019 there was a need to transfer infrastructure, without interrupting business. For implementation of this task the solution to place the centralized infrastructure in DPC of CROC was more profitable, than construction of own data center or continuation of data storage in server premises where cooling and power supply can be organized only at the level of the actual opportunities of the central office of bank.
