Russian Post will be engaged in delivery of correspondence of VTB Leasing

2019: The delivery agreement of corporate mail across Moscow and area

On June 21, 2019 the Russian Post announced that it will be engaged in delivery of corporate mail of joint-stock company VTB Leasing across Moscow and the Moscow region and also will provide express delivery of documents of the company across Russia.

Based on carrying out the tender the Russian Post and joint-stock company VTB Leasing signed two agreements. It agrees to the first all correspondence of the leasing company on Moscow and the Moscow region — several thousands of departures a month — it will be delivered by the national mail operator. Head offices of the company will be serviced by the selected couriers whose tasks will include delivery of correspondence to the day.

Mail will also be engaged in express delivery of internal documents of the leasing company in all territory of the Russian Federation. It is supposed that more than one hundred mailings will daily be sent to those regions where activity of VTB Leasing is provided. On a number of departures Mail will notify the client on a delivery status.

The efficiency at each stage of carrying out the leasing transaction is the most important criterion of our work. For June, 2019 clients of VTB Leasing are about 30 thousand companies through the whole country, and cooperation with the federal mail operator will make our interaction with them faster and convenient — the CEO of VTB Leasing Dmitry Ivanter commented on the signed agreements.

As noted, for June 21 formats of cooperation with other participants of VTB Group are also studied.
