Biography

In 2000 graduated from Sociological faculty Lomonosov Moscow State University. Since 2018 Switzerland (EMBA in DAS) is trained in Business School Lausanne.

In 1998 - 1999 - the sales manager in PRIOR.

In 1999 - 2001 - the marketing manager in CPS. Was responsible for preparation marketing plan and the budget, development of the relations with business partners and dealer network, advertizing and PR.

In 2001 - 2003 - the brand manager of retail and products for small and medium business in Kaspersky Lab where was responsible in department of marketing for an output a retail and SMB of products to the world market.

From 2003 to 2005 Elena Rakhimova directed the IT direction and telecommunications in A2Z Marketing where she was responsible for formation of key marketing questions and opportunities for clients of IT and a telecom.

In 2005 - 2006 was the head of sales department and marketing in inCOMa where was responsible for business development, strategy, branding and marketing promotion of products of inCOMa in Russia and the CIS and also for personnel recruitment and its training.

From 2006 to 2010 - the CEO of Aktion-digital where under its management the accounting help system "Chief Accountant System" was developed.

In 2010 - 2012 - the CEO of a number of startups of Fast Lane Ventures venture fund, worked with famous Oskar Hartmann and Pascal Clément in the digital environment.

From 2012 to 2014 worked as the deputy CEO for CMO and e-commerce in Dobrolet (Aeroflot) where participated in start of the Russia's first Dobrolet low-cost airline ("Victory") and also answered immediately for two blocks: marketing and e-commerce.

In 2014 - 2016 - the deputy CEO for strategic marketing and marketing communication projects in the Apostle company.

2016: Work in Rostec Group

Since 2016 Elena Rakhimova directs project office of the director of special orders of Russian Technologies State Corporation Vasily Brovko.

In Rostec Elena Rakhimova answers for:

• promotion of civilian products through national projects, including with attraction of measures of a financial and non-financial support;
• the organization of project work of Competence center within implementation of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation";
• control of activity of OPU, coordination of their interaction with Corporation;
• organization of activity of collegiate organs of management of under control societies;
• interaction with the Government of the Russian Federation, FOIVAMI, other departments and the organizations.
