2019: GMCS and BOSS created technology HR consortium
The companies GMCS and "BOSS. Personnel systems", the developer and the owner of a personnel management system "BOSS-personnel officer", announced on June 28, 2019 creation of technology HR consortium. In a zone of close attention of consortium — gain of the involvement of personnel due to the digitalization of a working space including interaction using personal accounts mobile applications, chat-bots and other interactive channels.
During Digital HR era the IT are faced by problems of creation of qualitatively new information environment. We work at the control automation market as human resources more than 25 years and we understand that the modern information and communication environment for personnel implementing the concept of Digital Workspace is necessary for business. But it is important that all this Wednesday requires the centralized support and management from a core of a head HRM system of the enterprise. Relying on the rules of the organization put in it, she should conduct processes, routing and controlling them. We develop this paradigm in our product.
