"ASSMANN Beraten + Planen" placed the workflow system in a cloud of Softline

On July 2, 2019 the Softline company reported that the international project organization "ASSMANN Beraten + Planen" placed a management system for design of Pilot-ICE in a cloud of Softline. The choice of cloud infrastructure allowed to optimize costs for IT and to reduce the term of start of the workflow system in operation from two-three months to several days.

Own standards regulating work with the project documentation were admitted to the organizations. If necessary cloud services from the German developers were used.

The existing workflow system was outdated and did not answer time calls. As a result the management "ASSMANN Beraten + Planen" makes the decision to implement Pilot-ICE – the modern instrument of storage, management and data analysis necessary in the current activity of the project organization. At the cost, convenience and ease of use it profitable differs from similar offers in the market.

System requirements at deployment of Pilot-ICE mean placement of the local server. For convenience of connection of customers "ASSMANN Beraten + Planen" selects placement of the server from a cloud.

The customer made the decision to purchase a management system for Pilot-ICE design. For its placement we suggested to rent virtual infrastructure of Softline.
