2019: LG G8SThinQ

On July 3, 2019 the company LG announced release LTE-smartphone LG G8SThinQ. LG G8SThinQ will arrive in sale since July, 2019 in some countries Europe Latin America, Africa and Near East.

According to the company, for the first time provided in the LG G8ThinQ Z-camera smartphone it is equipped with Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology, providing to users convenient and safe functions biometric recognitions. The Hand ID function uses capability of the Z-camera by means of infrared light to scan the unique drawing of blood vessels of a palm — it allows to perform an unblocking smartphone in the dark also easily, as well as at a daylight. The same technology is used at recognition of the person of Face Unlock which extraordinary accuracy and speed became possible thanks to infrared light and three-dimensional to scanning clouds points for exact tracking of circuits and features of the person. The third function using the Z-camera is Air Motion, the contactless command interface which allows users to manage different functions smartphone, without concerning the screen. The improved wide angle camera with a viewing angle 137 ˚ provides to users an opportunity to enjoy continuous zooming without any snubbings or color distortions.

On the front panel of the smartphone the standard lens and the Z-camera with the Portrait functions and Spotlight which improve quality of a selfie are located. Capability of the Z-camera quickly to measure distance helps to create more effective portraits with a bigger depth of the image. Function of illumination Spotlight imitates studio lighting thanks to what selfies look more artistic as if professional portraits. Thanks to control of depth of the image on video (Video Depth Control), the videos shot on the LG G8SThinQ smartphone become better and purchase beautiful effect a side at which an object looks accurately, and the background becomes soft and indistinct. Especially for users to whom videos with the shivering image bothered the LG G8SThinQ smartphone is equipped with function of stabilization Steady Cam providing smoothness and clearness of video filming without use of the separate stabilizer.

LG G8SThinQ is equipped with a chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and the bright FHD+FullVision OLED display (2248 x 1080 dots per inch) with diagonal 6.2 inches. The model represents the whole multimedia center. The smartphone also inherited good mobile sounding, and is equipped with stereoloudspeakers which provide rich and volume reproduction with effect of presence. Also LG G8SThinQ is equipped with the 3.5-mm connector for earphones.

The design of LG G8SThinQ is completely focused on the user: the stylish, ergonomic smartphone provides simple management of one hand and also differs in reserved elegance and has the characteristics popular among users in Europe, Latin America, Africa and in the Middle East. Corning Gorilla Glass made using glass 2.5D, it has the polished, seamless surface which guarantees convenient capture. The basic equipment includes 6 GB and 128 GB of memory, compliance to the MIL-STD 810G standard and marking of protection against dust and IP68 moisture. The LG G8SThinQ smartphone will be available in three flowers: black Mirror Black, blue-green Mirror Teal and white Mirror White.
