On July 10, 2019 korporatsiyeya ELAR announced creation of electronic insurance fund of accounting documentation of the State Memorial estate "Tsarskoye Selo", - within the project 21 stock record books of the Aleksandrovsky palace museum (one of the former imperial palaces of Tsarskoye Selo, now the city of Pushkin) for 1938-1940 were digitized.

Books represent inventories of museum collections which were formed before World War II and play a significant role for reconstruction of museum interiors and return of separate objects of a museum meeting.

For July, 2019 there are large-scale works on reconstruction of the Aleksandrovsky palace and completion of the lost situation and objects. Pre-war inventory inventories help us to search for the museum pieces lost during World War II,
told Tatyana Serpinskaya, the chief keeper of GMZ "Tsarskoye Selo"

So, thanks to information which is contained in inventories it was succeeded to confirm origin of a number of exhibits. In particular, descendants of the German soldiers whose military units were deployed in the occupied Pushkin, return to the museum earlier taken away objects (books, small furnishings) from rooms of the emperor Nicholas II and Aleksandra Fiodorovna. One more indicative case happened to an album of engravings of the Italian artist Francesco Bartolozzi (1727-1815) from a meeting of imperial library of the Aleksandrovsky palace. The album was lost during the Great Patriotic War.

Colleagues from Museo del Prado told us that in antique shop of Madrid the album with a stamp of library of the Aleksandrovsky palace and our museum numbers 1938-1940 of years is on sale. With the help of the inventory we managed to confirm accessory of an album of engravings to our museum meeting and to prevent resale of this unique exhibit to a third party,

The electronic resource created by ELAR allows to exclude use of paper originals and to perform quick search on the created database. Careful digitization of books of A2 format was made on the professional equipment of ELAR Planskan which is completely excluding harmful effects on originals.

We constantly work with inventories of the Aleksandrovsky palace, but kind of carefully we did not address with them, all the same it negatively affects their status of safety. Thanks to digitization of inventory inventories, the staff of scientific department of the museum has now an opportunity far off to use copies of books, to check any necessary information without harm for the paper original,
