Rostelecom created cloud infrastructure for RSHB-INTEH

On July 17, 2019 "Rostelecom" reported that together with "RSHB-INTEH" (enters into Rosselkhozbank cloud IT infrastructures IaaS JSC ") deployments on model completed the first stage (Infrastructure as a Service, infrastructure as service). within the project 350 jobs for employees are organized RSHB-INTEH group at offices in To Moscow and To Ufa and also for programmers, working far off.

Within the project Rostelecom provided virtual computing infrastructure based on the cloud platform, provided the connectivity of this infrastructure with network of the customer, organized the automated jobs (AJ) based on VDI technology (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), provided communication channels encoded in accordance with GOST for inclusion of an automated workplace of employees RSHB-INTEH, service of the protected pokopiyny printing and offered the guaranteed terms of service (SLA).

Preparation of the cloud project began in 2016 when Rosselkhozbank set the task to provide IT infrastructure and hi-tech jobs for the staff of just created RSHB-INTEH company. The task was quite difficult as our company has geographically distributed structure, and in its branches hundreds of employees work. Each specialist needs to be provided with office equipment, secure access to corporate systems and all this needs to be supported. A priority project task — information security support. Therefore we initially considered solutions on the basis of cloud services and VDI technology which allows not only to reduce costs for purchase, setup and support of jobs, but also to provide the high level of information security,

For consolidation of jobs in a single corporate network the virtual private network (VPN) is used. Also the operator provides remote access to more than 50 employees out of offices — the secure channels organized over network of mobile communication of Rostelecom and LTE modems are for this purpose involved.

Rostelecom proposes to corporate clients cloud solutions on the IaaS model long ago and successfully. For July, 2019 the parties study expansion of perimeter of the project in connection with opening of offices of RSHB-INTEH LLC in Rybinsk, Penza, Volgograd and other cities of Russia.
